  1. We got the wrong big black belgian striker
  2. He is striker. His job is to score goals. If you have well build team (everyone does its job) you can play with someone like Falcao. He needs one player to give him ball and he will do the job. Had real have Falcao instead of Higuain vs Bvb, real would play in finale. That is the difference between Falcao and other strikers. He needs world class team mates to play even on higher level. But he will deliver goals too. But for our team and teams in general, we need more versatile striker. Mata/Hazard dont realy help defence and we cant just go with another player who does nothing in defence. But that is not Falcaos problem, its ours. You cant say he is overrated because of that. He would fit great in barca/Real who need just that precise finishing to reach next level. Lewandowski on other hand is superbly versatile striker who has scoring ups and downs. BUT his versatile play with link up, passing is also very dependant on his team mates. He evolved his link up great with Reus and Co. But here, he will get whole new team and one can wonder how will he link up with new players. Kagawa and Sahin were raised in Bvb system, but they are only half players at Rm or MU than at Bvb. See the point? If he wont link up with our team, he will have only inconsistent finishing. Then again, Cavani always played counter football at Napoli. Will he fit here? He wont get the same support as in Napoli. Ba was joint top striker of epl when he arrived, then he lost it. Finishing went off, his link up a bit. He also had less support than before. He scores goals but much less than before. Im not saying we should go after Falcao, personaly I rate Cavani, Lewa and Rooney more, due to Falcao unfitting to this team, but if these players score now, you cant know if they will score here too. I would say give Mou whole decision on which striker ti bring. Money is irrelevant as long striker will do his job. At this point, all have had top seasons in their clubs, you cant say Falcao is overrated because he plays for second madrid club. Cavani plays for Napoli aswell. And those Monaco rumours are as true as those that Falcao is our player already. And Hulk and Rooney and... BAsed on press rumours (that were actualy denied by monaco coach) you dare to judge Falcao and saying he is second tier striker because he reportedly (actualy media) chose to join Monaco? Based on tweeter shit and daily fail etc? Remember rumours about Falcao to cfc, or Hulk to cfc? Are they our players now? Is Falcao Monacos player?
  3. He is a striker. If we concede a goal, its not because of striker. IF he scores goals regulary, he will do the job. He doesnt fit to Chelsea, becuase in fact our whole attacking side cant defend realy. Just compare United to us. Torres, Mata, Hazard and Oscar vs Rvp, Rooney, Valencia and Young/welbeck/... Just because Falcao isnt defensive skilled, doesnt mean he isnt world class striker. If whole team does the job, striker needs no hard work but to score.
  4. This forum is ridiculous. Falcao is world class striker. Period. Its up to our coach, formation and tactics if he will ever be world class striker here. Personaly I think he would be absolutely best striker in the world in Real Madrid. Used to league and real has top support. Here is another question though...
  5. Every time we are in for a striker of top quality (and money) I say to myself wow that would be great buy. But after few days of thinking I'm asking myself only one thing: will he flop? Will he do a torres? And that goes with every striker: Cavani, lewa, Rooney,... Especialy after reading comments here and there is always half of people sceptic about the striker, in every topic ffs. One thing is most important when we sign new striker; he must be in form. I hope Rooney is in form if we sign him. Dont think Mou will just fix every striker we have. Sheva was just flop here, then Torres came...even great Drogba wasnt realy regular scorer if you know what I mean. Final word is that too many people automatucaly expect new striker to score 30 goals every season. I dont care how much Rooney (or whoever) scores if he comes, as long as he 1.) Gives 100% to team 2.) Can win us match 3.) Makes his team mates better players 4.) Plays the game. Does something with ball. Isnt frustrating to watch. 5.) Has good relationship with team mates. I take Rooney if he can do that even if he wont score 30 goals a season. And 25 mio for player of his calibre is not that bad either. Lot but compared with 50mio torres...
  6. Lamela is good, but you cant have three creators in the team. All can be creative, but who can actualy deliver cross ball regulary to striker? Who is direct enough to feed striker with regular balls? Ribery like? Mata, Hazard and Lamela have same type of play; get the ball, make one twos, dribbles and in that time, defenders already mark striker very well. Who of the three can make fast killer pass/cross on regular base and has mastered it? No one. I hope we get proper winger who's main work is to feed striker with usefull balls. Di maria for example.
  7. If there is one thing why I wouldnt take Rooney, is because he is ManU player and legend. I would take Lewa or Cavani and make him our very own legend.
  8. Beast of a player, but in some aspects like passing, ball control, he hasnt improved much. And that is biggest problem with him. If we ever want to be possession team, he wont cut in.
  9. If you think this guy has difficult name, check this greek who plays for bologna; Lazaros Christodoulopoulos
  10. 70 actualy if transfermarkt is right. Is there actualy any other player who played more mins this year than Eden? On other side, this is extremely bad thing for players mentality. Several footballers have gone major mental blow because the coaches overplayed them. Especialy if there were injuries and they were forced to play. Similar with Torres who isnt same anymore. Dont rush Hazard, give him few weeks off so he can prepare for next season.
  11. FUck it, money will always be there but players like Terry are just one and only. He is our legend and should retire properly; here. Same goes for Lamps.
  12. Sure I want to sign every player in the world, in your head at least. Lets start with your beloved Tiote what you say?!
  13. And Luiz is nice little boy? He elbows players in nearly every challenge. But we like him as he loves the team etc. IF Rooney will bang goals and lead us to titles I dont fucking care if he shows some balls and goes crazy or rants. The team clearly needs some balls anyway, at least opponents will shit themselves if we will have someone like Rooney here. Discuss him as a player, not his personality. And compared to Suarez, he is fuckin angel this guy.
  14. Potential wise not, but as a player who shows it on pitch definately.
  15. Ffs just get proven Epl player in Rooney, keep money for a cb or midfielder. I dont want any more problems here with expensive strikers.
  16. The expectations of him from england press, fans etc were like; this guy is future balon dor winner, he will lead england to world cup glory and such shit. Realy high expectations. Rooney had big potential but expectations were too high. He still did a massive career. He is superb player and personaly I dont like him like i like Lamps or drogba, but Rooney is fantastic player. United fans dislike his loyalty and their expectations were sky high which ended in some dissapointment but still most of them think he is still their most creative current player. He leads their team they say. Rvp scores goals, but Rooney dictates their game. Yes he is fat and ugly but he is still best english player of past decade and I dont know about you guys but for fuck sake I dont want chelsea without a single good english player in next few years. Rooney is getting in mature, prime years he has experience and could be our pitch leader once he gets settled and well with fans etc.
  17. I realy hope that he will stay for years here if he comes... Where else could he still go? Italy; he has enough respect to Inter and wont join their rivals, while Inter are shit club now and he wont go there any time soon... Spain: i doubt he would return to Madrid once, while there is no chance of him to go to barca. Germany; bayern wont hire him, they think he doesnt fit them. England: he loves one club, Chelsea. Why would he break hearts and join our rivals? France: small league is small... He should stay here for ages and maybe return to Porto before retirement or coach Portugal team.
  18. Wondering how you felt when Hazard was playing mindtricks for few months last summer...
  19. People are you serious when you ask/say that Rooney cant play leading striker? Wtf? He was doing that whole career, just because he can play other positions is only plus for us. In biggest games he would be our main striker, in smaller ones he could play #10 with Ba striker so that Mata can get rest. Rooney's crossing and long/short passing is as good as his shooting. He is also most hard working striker around. That will replace lack of Mata's defensive contribution. And he also became less agressive. People now say that he lost energy just because he doesnt want to get booked every game ffs. As someone above said, Rooney makes team mates playing better. I doubt that Falcao will make Hazard better player.
  20. Not just because of that but also because of that along that he is english and actualy very good player. You are short minded mate.
  21. You are realy late about that...
  22. I am also talking about neutral people. Like the ones who dont watch football much. If I ask someone who isnt in football much; who is Hazard? He will say he doesnt know. If I ask him who is Rooney? He would say oh that Shrek, he is good though. See the point?
