I think he was always quite big for his age; but certainly not fat as he was playing regulary for soton. Whatever happend in summer, there were reports of him not being fit enough and whats even funnier, Gaal will probably never play him ahead of Rojo on lb. Think Hazard is our best player, but atm Costa and Cesc are more important due to goals scored and assists made. But Hazard helps all this happen in attack, he is very important too.

Despite that goal, you cant erase what he did in time here. He is greatest player ever wearing blue kit and will remain as one for quite long time. He was deadly, efficient and always did his job. This time we saw that on our own skin, despite we didnt like it too much. It was our fault we allowed that goal and if there had to be a player to score against us, Im happy it was Lamps. He showed respect after it and Im glad it wasnt Aguero, Milner or any other cunt scoring and then celebrating like mad... What goes around comes around and I feel when Lamps left, it wasnt because of him. Now we have to deal with that. Im far from pleased that he joined City, but I still respect him, everyone should. It will however feel more awkward if he stays in City, plays at SB to kill whole atmosphere and maybe even scores the winner to give city the league. I would be pissed because Im chelsea fan more than Im fan of any player playing for us, but I would be happy for Frank though, he is chelsea through and through and will probably come here in coaching role eventualy. I understand that we couldnt control city match if we couldnt even control everton one...we still lack something in midifield, whatever that might be. Its not that they are that better, our players just let them control midfield. And with such approach we will struggle against top physical sides. We might get one or even three points but its always very tight. City away one point is not bad at all, but arsenal, spurs, united and liverpool are different story. Cant wait to see what kind of approach we take for united away game...

Last time he was best fullback in the world, but after one game, people point he should be dropped/switch position etc..Barb, this isnt pointing at you only, afterall you admited it and put on the reasons, but there are people out here who change opinon from best to worst literaly every game. And concerning set pieces, Costa and Matic should fucking work on that. After they scored (Lamps), we were forced to defend yes, but when we scored, we kept attacking for few more minutes (then Costa hit post) and after that, we pulled back. We dont have Ramires and Mikel in pivot anymore, we have Matic and Cesc and if they cant keep the ball for few minutes to slow tempo down and put city on sleep mode, I dunno. And you say we didnt choose to defend? Comeon, from start, Mou wanted a draw. it was clear as day. The red card changed things a bit, we took mantle, we scored, but then pulled back again, trying to keep the lead, like in many away games in past. We make 17 shots average this year and yet, couldnt put one in whole first half. And if city is all that better with player less that forces us into defending, then sorry but we will have lot of trouble then. So I read Ivanovic is poor at defending, but good in attack, yet you would put him from RB into CB place? I would expect to shift him on wing then, not central defence. But yeah, hes been poor in defence in few games now.

Couldnt care less about Carling cup. The only reason I would like us to keep going here is that youngsters get more playtime. So I hope we play Baker, Ake, Zouma vs Bolton. Rest of the team should be those who dont play much (Remy, Luis, Cech, Mikel,...) IMO thats the point of carling cup. As long we get those youngsters running and evolving because thats only cup Mou will play them.

Dont know but he realy looks fucking limited in attack. I admire his work rate, but all people saying he had to play defensive etc...Every player has to track back for big teams. From Ribery to Turan etc..thing is what can you do when you have the ball in attack and Willian is average at best. He has oddly good game every once in a while, but today he was quite terrible. 3 times in first half, he got the ball, was alone in middle of pitch and he could go on counter. A simple pass to player forward would do it. But he either passed right into Toure/Fernandinho or he was sprinting and pushed ball too forward and couldnt catch it. Simple things and he fucked up those things. I can accept him as back up player, but for someone who is a starter against City, I expect to do better, then you remember he cost us 30m. I would understand, it happens once, but he did SAME mistake 3 times. He killed three counters and this is just bad. And worse he didnt realy improve much ever since comming here. I think everyone here would take that one point away vs city, but sometimes, things roll different and today we had perfect chance to win comfortably. Red card, we were in the lead etc. It was up to Mou what to do and he made two mistakes. Keep defending despite having more men and putting Drogba. But it happens. It was a gamble like many times before in big games for us last year. We lead and hope to not concede. If we win, its a great tactical display, if we dont (like today), we can only blame Mou for not trying to end the game. IMO Mourinho tactics in big games are kinda lottery. They attack and if things go somehow for us, we score that one goal from only attack. Then we defend and if we concede, we fall apart. Dont think we could do much after conceding, I mean, it would be foolish to go all attack for that one more goal, but after Schurrle scored, we should be all over them. If we conceded we at least had more time. But Mou though they wont score if we defend and he was wrong. Sometimes things go in your favour, sometimes against, but rarely I have feeling that we actualy control things in big games. Its more like lets try and see if things will work for us. When you have to step on the ball, you step on the ball. It seems our boys dont have that composure and tempo yet. But all in all, one point is great, considering they were all over us until that red card, however we should kill the game off but WE allowed city to get back in the game in the end and that aint right spirit.

Why the fuck are people talking about this game as title deciding? Atm we are still 3 points clear from second place and 5pts clear from City. Right now we would be champions.
