Jose is more like a senior player in the team rather than the 'manager' of the team. He is someone who is a representative of the players rather than an authority figure watching over the players (eg - Carlo) When his team scores an important goal, he will sprint down the touchline and knee-slide. Barely any other managers do that. That's what makes him unique
