We're so clueless whenever we get to the final third - pass, pass and pass around the penalty area and then put in a hopeful cross into the penalty area (should also note that our crosses hardly ever beat the first man). That is true but from Ivanovic's perspective, if he has any integrity or professionalism about him, then he should realise that he's been poor and needs to improve a lot. But the problem is, he's still making the same defensive mistakes over and over again and has not shown any signs of improvement. His concentration is poor. His positioning is poor. His awareness is poor. Everything about him is poor right now.

The funny thing is, whoever we employ next, people will still moan about him somewhere down the line. Those managers you mentioned (along with 2-3 others not said) all have their weaknesses/problems etc. Those fellas only look good now because of our current plight.

Mourinho's post-match comments are getting dull and extremely predictable. He's fast becoming another deluded version of Brendan Rodgers. Him constantly saying "our performances deserve better results" is the basically the same as Rodgers saying "I thought we were outstanding/showed character". Maybe he's just putting it for show in the public but if he seriously believes what he says, then he's lost it. He seems keen on sticking with the 'everything is going against Chelsea's way' theme rather than analyzing what's wrong with us and focusing on making us better. I mean, how can we look so clueless in attack and make the same defensive mistakes over and over again in every game?!

Coutinho is seriously an overrated player. Sure, he has flair about him - pace, skill, trickery etc - but he's wildly inconsistent and he's only being talked about because of the odd wonder goal he scores here and there, which has often made people forget about his poor performances.

Man City won their first four league games, Pellegrini got the Manager of the Month award. We won our first four league games last season, Mourinho didn't win the award. The agenda couldn't be anymore obvious.
