Not so sure about selling Willian considering we'll be in 4 competitions next season *fingers crossed* and Conte will likely rotate more than he has this season. Having the squad depth is as important as having a quality squad next term.

Ibrahimovic got Mourinho out of jail again. What a shocker! Part of me is wondering whether Mourinho is capable of building a team without that physical striker but with one that's more technical based. Had Benzema at Real but I don't think that counts when he had Ronaldo doing all the scoring. Otherwise, it's Drogba, Ibrahimovic, Costa, Milito. Can he do it with say someone like Griezmann, Aguero, Aubameyang?

Yes, because whichever way you look at it, Leicester's results and performances this season scream relegation. The title win allowed Ranieri to stay as long as he did. Otherwise, he would have been sacked long time ago.

Well, I did say 'could...'. Anyway, I was only looking at the bigger picture. Making early subs when needed doesn't seem to be Conte's strongest point or one of his strongest and while we dominated yesterday, the game was heading nowhere and there was no change or anything with 20 minutes to go. Thankfully Pedro scored and everything went according to plan but 'things' could have turned out very differently.

Maybe we should just shut down the forum. I mean, what's the point of having one if people can't even mention a legit point.

Have to say, for all the good things Conte is doing, he's quite questionable when it comes to making substitution. Could have been sitting here and talking about points dropped had it not been for Pedro and Fabianski.

Will it be? Maybe my memory is failing me but his decision making has been rubbish of late. He's making the wrong pass, taking too long to pass etc. Coupled that with his lack of technical ability, we're like back with playing Torres up front!

Changing player won't solve it if the marking continues to be sloppy. Just look at Llorente's goal - why the hell was Moses doing him? Why everyone bar Luiz (IIRC) didn't drop back? Another case of the defence going AWOL with the organization.

I think we've reached the point of the season where only the results matter and not the performances. That being said though, it would be nice if we could put some really strong showings. Games like today we dominated but for large part of it, we looked rather casual, didn't create too many chances and only got back in front thanks to a Fabianski howler. Should we be concerned that we conceded another headed goal? 2 at Spurs, 1 against Arsenal, 1 today and 1 at Liverpool (IIRC). That might catch up with us somewhere down the line, especially when we struggle to create clear opportunities.
