I know Jorginho comes with a strong, good reputation and is in his peak etc but it's easy to forget that he too may need some time to adjust to English football. So, can't really be surprised if he looks dodgy in patches in the early part of the season.

If we're counting league, then yes. 1 in 15/16, 16/17 and 17/18. If overall, then he actually scored 2 in 2016/17 - both against United.

One game in and Kante has already matched his league goal tally from last season. Should/Might get a few more goals in Sarri's system.

I know it's still early days in the season but pray this doesn't become a thing over the next 8-9 months. We used to praise Torres for his performances but not the main thing he was bought to do - score the goals. Don't need and can't afford Morata to go down the same route.

Not the most convincing of wins - dodgy first half, better in the second - but great to take the 3 points to start the season and gives Sarri time to instill his methods and get the team up to full speed.
