  1. Long story short, he said the same things he's always said - I love Chelsea, I might sign a new contract but I also might leave bla bla bla. It's gotten beyond silly at this point.
  2. Okay, I'll give you the Sturridge one but as Niclas said above, how is slipping considered a mistake? Bit nonsense to be nitpicking on that one.
  3. Okay, I'd say he hasn't looked as solid as in previous seasons but think to say he's made many mistakes might be stretching it.
  4. Okay, it was a mistake but that was only the first stage of the error. We still had the chance to deal with the danger. Could have prevented it had Kante closed Sturridge down better.
  5. Getting a point from this game may be a good result but if you look at the bigger picture, it's back-to-back draws all of a sudden. We're nowhere near a "bad moment" yet but if we slip up again at Southampton next weekend, then we will be entering dangerous territory with United to come after that and Spurs as well Arsenal being close behind us in the table.
  6. It's not a glaring error but it did seem like he reacted late to it. Think he was expecting the shot to just go over the target but realized the ball was dipping into the top corner and by the time he reacted, it was too late to do anything about it. Maybe if he's a tad taller, he might have saved it and covered that dodgy moment. And by the way, if people are gonna put the blame on Kepa, then they should do the same on Kante as well. Didn't close Sturridge down well enough. He was on his left foot and we all know he likes to shoot from distance. Kante should have known better.

  8. If Moyes can last till April back in 2013/14, then United will likely (and blindly) stick with him.
  9. And then after the international break, it's us vs Jose at the Bridge. And it's the first game of the weekend!
  10. Sarriball in the first half. Conteball/Mourinho in the second half. A draw is probably a fair result but think we might have few regrets about the game given how it turned out. It's back-to-back draws all of a sudden. Southampton (a) and Man United (h) in next two!

  12. He was never going to pass it to anyone, never mind Morata. He was intent on doing it all himself there.

  14. Offered nothing in attack, looked like conceding every time Liverpool got forward but somehow, came away with the win. Vintage Chelsea. As much as this comeback win feels great, we better fucking win on Saturday. That's the more important game of the two!
  15. Difference between us and them is they know what they are doing with such approach and we don't. Whenever we cross, it feels more like hit-and-hope something comes good from it. Giroud was neither here nor there. Kante isn't a nature goalscorer but we expected him to be like Lampard. And where was the player at the far post when crosses come in from either flank?
  16. 1. Most teams also closed down the middle space against City but do you see them put endless amount of high crosses into the box and hope something pays off? 2. If the plan was to put high crosses in, that's fine but then, why wasn't Giroud more in the position to do something with it? Why persisted with Kante as the midfielder to get onto the end of those crosses? Better off putting Barkley in his position, especially late on in the game.
  17. Think this just reinforces the point that he doesn't have the killer instinct. Just gets too self indulgent some times with his tricks.
  18. Not sure complacency is the right word. We've seen him do this so many times. Just pure idiocy decision making wise.
  19. Sarri suggested he could change 11 or only 5 players for this match. Rudiger out with a hamstring injury apparently while Pedro is still recovering from the shoulder problem.
