  1. Some differing views from above...
  2. While it's not beyond the club to keep CHO in case Hazard leaves in the summer, Matt Law did say Hazard hasn't told the club about his decision yet. So, make of that what you will.
  3. If Hazard does leave, then maybe Hudson-Odoi will stay? Hey-ho!
  4. I don't think Real Madrid have ever used their head much when it comes to buying 'Galacticos'.
  5. https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/players/chelsea-europa-league-squad-announced-15781823 Has been listed in our squad for the Europa League knockout stage.
  6. Look what we have here, Hazard running his silly mouth again...
  7. We're so in an awkward position for Sunday. Win and we boost our top 4 chances as well as help Liverpool. Lose and we lose ground on the top 4 but "help" Man City in the title race.
  8. Just realized this - after winning our first 5 league games of the season, we have won only 10 of the subsequent 20 games and 8 of those wins have come against the bottom 8 sides - meaning only 2 top 10 wins in 20 games! In the overall picture, we have 15 league wins this season and only 4 of those have come against a top 10 side.
  9. Also in March - "All I can say is I'm committed to Chelsea and also committed for next year." 🐍🐍🐍
  10. IF Sarri stays on for the long term, he better has another striker in mind that will make his football work!
  11. Who got defensive? Just disagreed with your assessment on goalkeepers. 🙄
  12. The results against Championship sides don't lie, Alexandra...
  13. We may be shit but aren't shittier than a Championship side.
  14. "Top class", "World class", "Great keeper" - it's all very subjective, isn't it? I don't get why you seem so miffed about it. If you really disagree, then go and argue with those fellas! Neat distribution isn't enough but making saves is? If you're seriously judging whether a keeper is top class (or whatever you want to call it) by the saves he makes, then that is a very myopic way of judging a keeper. And because you kept on insisting about De Gea winning points for United with his saves, I brought up the save stats in the earlier post. I'm sure you have only come to notice De Gea making saves because he's having to make a lot of them. Kepa and the keepers of the current top two sides in the league Alisson and Ederson do make important saves too, they just don't get called upon often and get as much attention as De Gea does. And as for Kepa hasn't made any saves that have secured us points... You're putting far too much weight on this 'it's his first season'. That is so besides the point. The main point is Kepa is doing well and Sarri isn't, IMO.
  15. If we're being honest, Huddersfield are only a Premier League club by status but in actual fact, they are pretty much a Championship quality side. Barring Derby, we have beaten Championship sides with ease this season.
  16. Last I remember, you were the one who brought up the comparison in the first place and as manpe said, if you are gonna compare them, at least compare their first seasons rather than De Gea's 8th with Kepa's first. And no, it doesn't strengthen your argument. If anything, the fact that you just ignored the points/stats thrown at you says it all. People see and believe that Kepa is doing well while Sarri isn't and that's why we have had all the views on the matter. It isn't so much about their first seasons etc. It's as simple as that. If you want to believe differently, then go ahead and do so.
