If no player is included in the deal for Kounde, then whatever we've ever earned from sale this summer will go towards buying him. And FFP may be relaxed this year but it'll still be adjusted (probably not the right word to describe it) in the next one to make sure clubs stay in line with the spending. Otherwise, clubs would have been going bonkers this summer.
