Everton are so bad and hilarious. I know the work starts next season but ever since Ancelotti got in there, they have talked and talked about all their grand ambition of competing for titles and qualifying for Champions League but have been so useless on the pitch. Looks like Pedro won't feature for us in the FA Cup or Champions League and today was his last game for us.

Still find it hard to believe that Lampard had Batshuayi ahead of Giroud in the pecking order earlier this season. Anyway, Giroud has done incredibly well since the restart with all those goals to help us get in the Top 4. That aside though, he needs to go back to the bench next season and be a useful back-up.

Did not know what to expect at the start of the season but despite the tough circumstances and the Jekyll and Hyde performances and results all season, Lampard does deserve credit for getting us into the Top 4. There are definitely areas that we MUST improve on next season and judging by Lampard's post-match interview, he knows it.
