By 'there' I meant, only go down the route of rewarding him with a new contract once he is really consistent, am not comparing him with other players in my last post though some of the players mentioned there could be used as a benchmark in terms of Hazard reaching that proper level of consistency. Yes, I know Hazard is a special talent and we need to pay big money to keep/have players like that but I would prefer not to reward him so quickly because he has only really started to perform for us this season. Make him really earn that new contract with his performances and consistently consistent.

Would only go there once he has hit that proper level of consistency in his performances and that would probably be next season. Hazard is getting there already this season but wants to see him get to THAT level first before rewarding him this quick.

What a surprise of you to suddenly show up and post when it's about Mikel. I mean really, it seems as though you are pretty sensitive or obsessed to anything and everything about Mikel eh anti-Mikel fanboy...? I know many don't rate Mikel - with good reasons - but don't think the others have gone around like you posting/reacting to anything and/or everything little thing about Mikel. Obsessed much..?

Think that certainly played a part in 'softening' him up. The other was just the fact Galatasaray were beyond rubbish. Also in typical Drogba fashion, his theatrics in drawing fouls from opposition were still there. Shame the happy whistle blowing referee Felix Brych bought it too easily! And oh, his free kick that hit the banner in the top tier was stupendous.

That's normal but at least to match their trash talk, one could argue that their teams then gave a much better account of themselves at the Bridge than Galatasaray did today. They were just beyond abysmal.

At times watching the game tonight I don't know what's more cringeworthy, Galatasaray's non-existent performance or Ramires' passing.
