And it's the same as last season. We had Everton away in the third game and City away in fifth. The West Brom and Newcastle away games though...

As long as we have a strong squad depth and Mourinho is willing to rotate a little bit more, we should be fine. Post-UCL matches have never been a problem for us down the years.

Never mind the Copa America, one should never read too much into players' form when they play for their country...

Even if we fall behind early on, I doubt the deficit would be huge considering the other teams aren't capable of building up a big lead. Besides, it's probably good to get those games out of the way early on and if our form in the first half of last season is anything to go by, then we shouldn't worry too much.

Has anyone seen Liverpool's fixtures? Their first seven away games - Stoke (cruel twist of fate!), Arsenal, Man United, Everton, Spurs, Chelsea and Man City. Worth putting a bet on Rodgers getting the sack within the first 10-15 games...

Starting against Swansea at home is decent but the first four away games - Man City, West Brom, Everton and Newcastle...yikes! Only picked up 4 points from those games last season, albeit one of them was a dead rubber.

The release of the league fixtures tomorrow (9am BST) should be fun. Should start with a home game. Man United in the first game?
