I agree the way of taking actions is very horrible. For example cahill didn't get any ban for the kick against the tottenham player. If there was a campaign against Chelsea he would have gotten a 5 match ban. What is here is lack of consistency from the FA. They don't do a great job.

We wanted it more then any other team and we want it to work. Despite what people say about City and PSG spending, they have been controlled. UEFA has imposed a limit and they have obey. So it's starting to work. As per Real Madrid, United and such well that was known before. Again Chelsea agreed to this, that only you can spend your revenue. So if your revenue is big you can spend just as long you don't produce a lose.

Where have they spend a lot of money since the summer? Look at the figures. Net spend should not be over a certain amount. I think they fall around the 50 million that UEFA cap them at.
