He could be a powerful version of Robben.
-
A cheeky bid for Sahin?
-
Romeu could become a magnificent distributor of the ball, though. We need to see his abilities more.
-
True. I hope those pictures convince the Malaysians.
-
I doubt they can use him against the bigger teams though. -------Modric------Alonso---- -Di Maria-----Ozil-------Ronaldo --------------Benzema--------- That team looks like one that will play against smaller/weaker teams, as less defending is needed. However against bigger/stronger teams who will defend in that team? Alonso can't do it by himself. Modric can defend but Jose would really have to tell Modric to get his defense in shape in order for him to play the double pivot role. Khedira is a very good player, as seen in the Euros. Having Khedira and Alonso is already very balanced and they can provide creativity and drive. This is why I somewhat doubt the Modric link to Madrid. Plus, Sahin would be on his way if Modric arrives at Madrid.

No idea, mate. I'm no architect/builder I'm sure they can close the gaps in the corners somehow though.
-
Yes but in the 2nd picture, the stands look far away from the pitch. The 2 pictures are conflicting.
-
No striker is welcome. Torres and Sturridge deserve their chance.
-
If we have offered 30 million to Porto for Hulk and they have rejected it, then unfortunately we should move on. However, I see us trying to overpay for him.
-
I really hope they get more seats into the corners. It looks a bit too...disjointed, I guess. Also it's a bit of a drag that the fans will be far away from the pitch. It may detract from the atmosphere a little. All in all though, as I said it looks stunning.

Moses is Liverpool/Tottenham quality. Hulk is a must buy (for the right price). He could be amazing on the right.
-
He could end up at one of the Manchester clubs, which is a shame as he's a great player.
-
I meant those 2 legs this year, not our past encounters...Jeez calm down.
-
To be fair we won due to luck. Barca created a ton of chances. Against Madrid they struggle to make chances.
-
Very good squad/utility player.
-
...He's already signed for us...
-
We have Malouda as well and Sturridge can play on the wings if we're in a big injury crisis.
-
He's decent enough to be a squad player. He won't be getting alot of time due to us having Lampard, Mikel, Romeu and Meireles so I don't see too much wrong with it. He has alot of experience which is always helpful.

My word, the exterior aesthetics of the Stadium look amazing. It'll be one of a kind. The re-development of the other aspects of the site look top class as well.
-
What are you talking about? Madrid beat Barca and won the La Liga title. Barca could only manage to get the Copa Del Rey. Madrid have figured Barcelona out. After years of chasing Barcelona's shadow they've finnally perfected the formula to beat Barcelona. That's why Barca struggle against Madrid more than any other team on the Planet.

In the 2nd picture, there looks like there's neon on the roof. It would be awesome if we had blue neon at night. It would be even more awesome if the Battersea towers lit up blue at night.
-
Martinez could be a world class player. At least he's not going to one of our domestic rivals or to one of the Spanish giants.
-
Exactly what I was thinking. Hope that happens. Battersea would be perfect. The Stadium looks fantastic in those new pictures.
-
No use dwelling on the Battersea site/stadium. That ship has sailed. We need to look at other sites. Why didn't we get the Battersea site again anyway?

The thing is Cap, we are on a 'Football' forum where we judge a person on their ability to play this beautiful game. We are not on a forum where we discuss the character or integrity of a person. We're not here to discuss life choices. If Bosingwa is a better person, great, but how will that help us win games and trophies? I don't think anyone was attacking your commitment and attachment but rather you're reason for not giving Terry the credit he deserves.
