  1. Gareth Bale has been an unbelievable performer this year for Spurs, clearly the player of the year. Michael Carrick made United tick, look at the big games where Ferguson put Scholes and Giggs in the centre, ala, City last year, they lost, its no concidience, Carrick is a steady midfielder, dicates the tempo of the game and sets the platform for RVP and others, DEFINATLY a nominee and a contender. The PLAYERS voted for Rio, and he has been consistent this year, Especially how tough it must have been for him with changing centre back partners, no easy feat that. Mata was good but Bale was on a different planet this year, also AVB manages Bale which puts him at a disadvantage before a ball is even kicked! The players vote for this, they play against each other, So i'll trust their opinion rather then the keyboard warriors on here.
  2. And people wonder why our old school members like me and the rest don't post anymore. Great result, feelings still the same. Rafa and Torres out, WE WANT OUR CHELSEA BACK
  3. Big fish in a small pond imo, no disrespect to Everton. Don't think he'd be as impressive at a top side, but then again, drawing 2-2 at home to Southampton hardly screams top side...
  4. Ok, lets applaud Fernando, Tell him he's doing a fantastic job, Most feared striker in Europe, Well worth the 50 million and the huge wages we're paying him. Won us the Champions League on his own, did Nando
  5. We know that Roman cares fuck all what the fans think after the sacking of RDM, what the fuck do you want them to do? Applaud them off and tell them there doing a good job? They're getting paid enough, far far far more then the people in the stands so they deserve it. People don't pay good, hard earned money to watch that shite that Rafa is making the players play.
  6. What happened to the team that beat Spurs at WHL? Seems like an enternity ago. If we got Ba in the summer and kept Di Matteo we'd be up the top of the league, The way he put a blanket over Torres and play Hazard, Oscar and Mata advanced was genius.
  7. Yes, stupid for singing about a club legend who gave everything for the club and got unrightfully treated. Makes sense. Didn't see the game, Saw a movie instead, don't have any interest in Rafa and never did, Lost faith when RDM got sacked and i said it then, When Rafa goes I'll be a happy Chelsea fan again. Didn't even get faith after the 8-0 to Villa. One thing is apparent though, To lose a two goal lead against Southampton is ridiclious, and the players themselves need to take blame for that. From what I've heard, Ricky fucking Lambert changed the game
  8. We should buy Walters after this performance, he's been sensational for us this afternoon, Sub him Pulis so we can give him a standing ovation.
  9. Lukaku has five of WBA's last 9 league goals.
  10. Stoke goal is coming. If we keep this up we could be on the end of a drubbing here
  11. I didn't criticize him, its time for him to prove his worth his wages as he hasn't been playing up to standard lately, christ you'd swear the lad could do no wrong!
  12. 6 assists, great start yeah but slowed down alot in the last few months.
  13. 41 Shots and 4 goals tells its own story
  14. Time for Hazard to step the fuck up and show his worth the wages we're giving him.
  15. As I stated, but Scholes and Cleverly have started the same amount of games. Thats once instiance, Lampard probably did that last season too. Your argument is completly wrong. You clearly don't watch enough of United to even hold an educated discussion about them.
  16. You still need a certain element of pace, and Giggs doesn't driblble by players anymore at all. Yes well Scholes is 38, I'd expect any player thats 38 to start primarily on the bench at a decent size, and United don't really have a main pair, Ferguson rotates alot. (Scholes and Cleverly have both made 14 apperances for United in the league this season).
  17. I know, but he's 34 now. No he hasn't, Giggs, in his career, was known for speed, dribbling and crossing. Lampard was known for box to box, passing and shooting. Giggs had a much harder adjustment when he got older. Your argument is a terrible one.
  18. He's 34, and for Giggs being a technical player, he wasn't until he got old so he adapted, similar to Frank last season when he adjusted into a deep lying playmaker role.
  19. Between RDM being sacked and the treatment of Lampard, the soul is being taken out of this club fast. Did United just tell Scholes and Giggs to fuck off when they were 33? Did Liverpool tell Gerrard? Its disgraceful and makes me embarrased to be a Chelsea fan.
  20. Naming rights would cover alot of that, and a loan would be taken out so you could pay it back in installements. A new stadium would see the club grow finacially, we're being restricted by the bridge.
