This is all set up for us to lose if I'm being honest. No pressure on United at all. Hope Jose and the boys are not taking them lightly as people are on here. They are still the defending Champions, and have raised it for a big game already this season (They beat Arsenal, Don't forget). Confident of a Chelsea win though, just have a feeling that United could nick a draw or a win.

I think Jose will start Matic, and I've been impressed with Luiz in midfield in his last two games there. Against Liverpool he hardly gave their midfield a moments peace, and along side a creative presence like Matic, who he can pass the ball short too, and allow Matic to spray the ball around. Ramires to come on around the 60th minute mark along with Mata/Schurrle to really inject that pace into our game when the United players are tired. Big big calls for Jose to make.

Also, Hope we sort out Wayne's contract for next season while he's up, Maybe JT can introduce him to a few of the lads.

Fuck it, We should go for this and play Cech Azpilicueta - Cahill - Tery - Cole Luiz - Matic Willian - Oscar - Hazard Torres Matic, Luiz and Oscar pressing their poor midfield and they'll crumble. Expect us to have lots of the ball and Azplicueta and Cole to be having a big influence. Tailor made game for Hazard aswell. Can see us winning, and winning well.

I'm aware of that, I was stating that the way they try to defend on the front foot and set up attacks for their team is a charteristic of Brazilian Centre Halfs.

Just to add my two cents to the Luiz argument, As Gary Neville said, He gets battered by the press and fans in England because he is a 'Brazillian' style centre half, Likes to play football and go forward. Similar to Thiago Silva, Dante and others. The English National team have hardly set the world alight in the last 50 years, Luiz needs to control his temperament and keep his concentration. I do believe midfield is the correct position for him, mind.

Fully deserved. Ronaldo is an incredible athlete and quite possibly one of the greatest of all time. You could put him at Centre half and he'd still be a boss. Fancy him to lead Portugal to World Cup glory in Brazil too.

Defence was solid as a rock. Cole and Azpilicueta played well, Cole was involved in the build up in both the goal and Oscar's chance. Luiz played well for me, Was a presence, seen alot of the ball. I think his long range passing needs some work, But he is also a threat going forward. Oscar never gave up the whole game, Willian kept going and Hazard was unplayable. Torres was shite, but he scored. He's been playing well and not scoring for alot of his Chelsea career so fuck it, Well taken goal, More of that please. Also, when was the last time we were top of the league in January? Feels good.

Hazard has really come into his own this season. Top top player and only going to get better. With Oscar and Willian/Mata/Schurrle beside him, and hopefully Luiz solving some of the pivot problems, Could be a great second half of the season.
