He has a better squad than Conte last season, and we barely broke even. Thats with 2 teams above all other and the rest of rivals exploding left and right. Of course we are glad in the end we have CL but the context tells us another story. Listen if he gets a second season so be it, its not like we can do anything about it anyway, I just have zero confidence in his ways....at all, and the season we just had proves this.

Spot on.....sadly too many alarm bell with Sarri, way too many. He is simply not Chels material full stop. I for one cannot name 1 area where I can say he has impressed me, 1 thing to give me confidence he is the fella.

Of course we want stability, someone to drive us forward etc. But to hold on Sarri for the sake of it is lunacy. It has to be the right manager. Lets see what he can do next season, but I know where my money is.

I wouldnt mind Allegry one bit, I prefer him to Sarri for sure. But he must be backed, just as Sarri nust be if he staying. But I have no doubt we would be much tougher and more solid and flexable with Allegry.

I get your point my man, we have our prefrences, and nothing wrong with the way you want footy. Its valid if you can get the right manager and back him with quality. And we may have parked the bus a few times vs the real big boys but it gave fruits, vs anyone else we attacked none stop unless in big trouble. Look what we did to pool in 13-14 playing solid park the bus with a 2nd team, I loved that.

Yeah and we have been attacked often cuz we love to play from the back. And retaining the ball while the opposition knows we cant do fuck all with it so they allow us more to have cuz they know one likely mistake and they are through like a molten knife. Our possession has no purpose so far. The basics aint there. And lets say you are right, thats 2 elements he has done. But utterly neglected many other elements.....theres no balance. I just cant see it mate.....Sarri has had plenty of times to show something, he didnt. I rather 3 seasons with the likes of Simone than 3 seasons under Sarri, but hey thats just me. It has nothing to do with his tactics, they will die for him on the field, sometimes the time is either up or you have grown old in footy terms, or just want to try your luck at another club. And if the setup is good, Theres no reason we will land back to Square 1, back the right manager and it will pay its own due....but our club has no such setup, we would rather hariikirii.

Another issie I have with Sarri is his lack of getting stuck. We saw with Lamps the other night celebrating in front of the away fans, hugging all the players and generally being a leader of the celebrations. That kind of passion and encouragement gets the fans on side, and would make the players more likely want to run through walls for the team/ manager. I am not for one minute saying that this attribute makes Lamps a better manager than Sarri, but how many times have we seen Sarri hug a player after a game, or even go over and clap the away fans? Obviously there is a lot more to management than just showing a bit of passion, but it obviously helps. When Conte first came we scored a last minute winner in his first game, and he dived into the crowd to celebrate. It's little things like that that help get the fans onside.

You can be defensive and still be fast and direct, his AM has shown it countless times. You can easily mix the 2 if the right manager is in. His best AM sides were very identical to some of ours. He would get Chels, and thats a huge start for me.

No manager is perfect man.....no manager will deliver season after season. That Juve squad isnt all that anymore imo......they did well the past seasons though, very well.

He is nowjere near past his best. Look at his team, its a far cry from past seasons. They at least look organized, have tactics in place, and give all for him. Simone would suit us and EPL imo.

I would love Simone....you will see instant impact. He is Chels matarial, he will understand Chelsea. Fuck the old identity...really? JUst like arsenal....since 2006 they have been hit super hard with injuries all over the place, they still suffer today. Whatever my man, it is what it is. THe Club wont change until RA gets serious again or sells out.

Yeah but come'on, just been through a tough season, 1 huge final in wait, and the best they can come up with is a meaningless match with our starters playing......its called suicide, its called bad planning, just another evidence our people know not what they are doing. It worked as long as RA were with us anf were ruthless, when he was ambitious and had real pride in the name of Chelsea. Now it looks like who can be the better puppet.

Yeah those 2 will always have a big pull, but they still do things swiftly. Having proper footy people at the helm helps a lot, we lack it. If not already done for.

RM will be doing their rebuild swiftly.....they wont hang around for eons and hassle, they identify and go for the kill, as it should be. Barca will do the same.

RA is done for imo. He had his time with us and its finito. I miss the old RA, I know he's been through some shit here and there, but at the same time his passion for the Club has gone way down imo. He cant let the Club go on this way, either return to your ambitious self or just sell and keep your stature at the Club intact.

RA needs to sell, its evident it become a shit-show now. At every facet we face a battle, thats not how you run an elite Club. I for one thank RA for all the hard efforts, but maybe its time to start freash. And not one single of his puppets should remain.

It makes me so angry, seriously. This, on top of all of the other stupid decisions the club has made in recent years has pushed me over the edge. I'm furious about this, absolutely nothing can convince me that this club is being run how a football club should be anymore, we are a joke. Far too many business people are involved in the club and not enough football people, they need to go.
