I really don't know. It is a lot of money for a soon to be 30 year old. You have to look at the market and then assess how badly we need a World Class defender and how soon do we need one. Taking those factors into considerationand lets not forget that we are still fighting to get a CL spot... then I would say, pay whatever it takes.

In our case we do need 10 new players though!!! And you can understand why he brings in soo many new players when joining a new club. Just look at how our current squad reacts towards change. Like the lad a lot but he needs to work on his finishing. It has looked less than convincing in the little we have seen from him. He has failed to take easy chances in all showings tbh. The sad truth. A result of the revolving door of Cobham. I have always wondered if the players ever speak up though. Why doesn't Chalobah approach Conte and say, "look bro, I use to play that position and I can show Gary how to play it against Hull on Saturday if you let me".

It cant get much worse than Cahill and Luiz. Or can it? I really rate Chalobah. I feel he would be best suited in the defensive mid role but if it means we get to see the back of Gary Fail, I will be a happy man.

I would rather see him give that position a try instead of Cahill. At least then we could actually play from the back.

He just doesn't want to defend. He has no interest in it. Even attacking today when the ball was knocked up to Costa he was just walking and standing in a position of no use to attack. He wasn't the only one but still agrivating considering his talent!

The more highlights and analysis i see, the more I realise how shit Hazard can be at times. Just jogging and walking aroudn the pitch like he doesn't give a fuck. I think he is kind of saying that but without digging the players out in public. There is no way on Gods Geeen Earth that, Conte who spent a huge part of his career in a top Juve team.
