The thing is bro, the team only play well when Eden plays well because the rest of the team are shit. That's because the board rely on Hazard to carry them. So in conclusion, Hazard kind of is the problem. If he goes then maybe the board will have no other choice than to buy more decent players. Otherwise be prepared for Everton-esque status. Also you can't deny if you are really a Chelsea fan and not just a fan of Hazard, that his constant talk of Madrid and careless attitude is detrimental to the team and club in terms of togetherness and respect.
