Dayum! Some harsh truths in that bit there.. I think that's why JM has struggled in the big games, because he knows we need more 'steel' in the CM area, so he can push Cesc upwards, and his defensive contribution (or lack thereof) won't hurt us as much. I think it's clear JM wants another Luiz-Matic pairing (not another DM/CB but a more physical CM). But nobody can deny his immense contributions to helping us unlock the defenses to the lower teams..and for that we were able to win the league.

About time he got a chant, but it was definitely worth the wait! Such a great chant Think Eden Hazard also needs a better tune chant aswell...but thats just me.

Koke/Pogba/Reus...If any of them three are available and we can capture one, i'll be happy. You can't go wrong with either of those talents, and it comes down to personal preference on whether a CM/RW is our most important need.

Its funny that no one is really complaining about the penalties, we're all just focused on the Title at this point! But again we've been robbed, we really should have had one if not two on the day..and winning the match while they sing "Boring Boring Chelsea" would have been the icing on the cake.

This guy was immense! Won the ball back 13 times i read somewhere. His Luis-like pressing to win the ball back and his passing to start the break was a beauty to see, and i'm happy he's doing it more now. Such a shame none of our attacking players were rewarding him for those efforts. Which begs the question how this team would look with Luis-Azpi fullbacks, both doing the same thing...

Have to say, i love the media attention he's getting. Because if he slowly becomes a media darling then it'll be that much harder for us to sell him because of the attention he's already getting. There are lots of commercial & prideful benefits to having young talented Englishmen, just like Kane & Sterling, and hopefully Bamford becomes that. (i'm not expecting 30 goals a season like Kane, but very good showings and growth as a player.) He may not play for us next year, but at least the media praise will make us give him a legitimate chance at the club,provided he continues to kill it on his next loan. Love that "saving Jose Mourinho from another 30 million striker" line. But I must say it's sad i have to think like this in order for me to believe any youth player will be given a shot.
