Usually what slows down the game more is the players and coach complaining. That takes like 30 sec to a min of the game. This should not take more then 30 secs to come with a decision.

Awesome. It will be also awesome if coaches can have 1 call per half to review a suspicious play. That way it won't take out all the fun of the game, as the coaches will have to be wise about using their one and only call per half.

Well they got sig. So turning down Liverpool for Tottenham shows Tottenham is growing. If they keep up, they will pass Arsenal. Arsenal does not looks good with RVP wanting to leave. You can say at the moment Spurs are another Arsenal, but it might be a tight race this season between both again fighting for 4th spot. I expect us to improve to second or third (not sure if we are good enough yet to challenge the tittle unless we get Hulk) giving that most of the damage was done during AVB fail experiment.

Juventes bound...if Van Persie has a sense of love for the team he leaves, he will not stay the EPL. So Juventus are main contender, unless of course Barcelona or Madrid gets in. And lets' be fair, Barcelona ain't got nobody after Villa which cost them this season. Mourinho is good with Benzema and Higuian. Thus theoretical only Juventus and Barcelona should be his choice if he wants to be a starter and move away from the EPL so he won't hunt his old club......only in CL!
