  1. I'd like for him to go to Blackburn but this might just be like Sahar last season; joining Pompey and not playing once.
  2. Tevez is a cunt if he joins City. He left United because of a lack of game time. He's not going to play at all if they get Eto'o.
  3. Scolari also banned Cech's goalkeeping coach Christophe Lollichon from entering the dressing room at half-time against Hull and didn't let him train with him as well apparently.
  4. Fucking LOL at Brazil, they are absolutely awful. The USA look the real deal at the moment; their tight and compact defensively and going forward they are playing some really exciting football. Totally deserved lead.
  5. On the balance of play, it was just about deserved for Brazil - as much as I wanted South Africa to go through and despite them defending resolutely, the best chances belonged to Dunga's side and in my books that warrants a place in the final. South Africa deserve all the accolades for a wonderful performance, however; and I'm sure Yougs will be proud.
  6. There's nothing wrong with United's new home kit in my opinion.
  7. One thing that I like about how Kenyon goes about his work is the fact that he keeps it quiet - he doesn't go around boasting that he's trying to sign this player or that player. He's also very efficient at what he does - okay, granted his targets were maybe too ambitious, but for a club like Chelsea to be very close to balancing their books after years of spending is a job well-done in my eyes.
  8. Yeah, me too. I think it would look stunning if it had faded from black to a navy-blue.
  9. Lyonnais Wolfsburg Feyenoord Middlesbrough
  10. I like the way people are saying we won't sign anyone, especially since the transfer window doesn't open until July 1st.
  11. This guy is a real talent. I'm not the biggest fan of the Championship, but from what I saw of it last season and of Charlton, Shelvey impressed me. There's also a lot of talk about how he has been one of the most consistent young players in that particular division, which is also something that suggests this would be a great move. Loaning him back to Charlton for a year or two as well would benefit both clubs.
  12. I think Kenyon does his job in a quiet & successful way, to be honest, although he looked like a right smug git at the Champions League final last season when he led us up to collect our runner's up medals.
  13. Amauri's been called up to the Brazil squad before though, hasn't he?
  14. Really? I've been using both IE and Firefox recently, and had problems with neither.
  15. This is a done deal, then. Locked - all discussion in the topic I've just made here.
  16. Chelsea's teenage striker Ben Sahar has moved to Spanish side Espanyol. The 19-year-old, who became Israel's youngest international when he made his debut at the age of 17 in 2007, has signed a four-year contract. Sahar joined Chelsea from Israeli side Hapoel Tel-Aviv in 2006 and last season had a six-month spell on loan at Dutch club De Graafschap. He made five appearances for the Blues and also spent time on loan at QPR, Sheffield Wednesday and Portsmouth. Sahar played nine games for QPR in the 2007-2008 campaign before moving to the Owls, where he scored three goals in 12 outings. Last summer he switched to Pompey but he did not play for the first team during a six-month stay at Fratton Park and moved on to Eredivisie side De Graafschap, where he scored on his debut. From the BBC. Also confirmed on Espanyol's website.
  17. Italy and Egypt are out, Brazil and the USA go through to the semi-finals.
