I'll pretend you didn't write that, because I normally find your posts have good content. He is an incredible goalkeeper and has been our most consistent player over the last 15 months or so. I dare you to name half a dozen better goalkeepers at present; and don't even think about saying Casillas or Cesar because both of them are bang out of form at the moment. If anything Cech is improving back towards his level of 2005-2007; the thing that is letting him down is a far leakier defence which has left him exposed time and time again. Look at the goals we've conceded this season; he hasn't had a single chance with any of them.

At last, some sense! The substitute wasn't as ridiculous as it seems. Lampard deserved an ovation for his goal, plus he was tired anyway! We were content with the one-goal lead and inviting pressure to play on the counter, so we needed pace on the wings, hence Kalou's introduction. It just back-fired. Who's to say the same wouldn't have happened if Drogba came on?

Frank came through with flying colours last night; certainly his best performance for a while. He is past his peak, but he can still play a pivotal role for us.

Well, I did fucking tell you, didn't I? You can't complain with a point in the Mestalla. Some excellent performances, we did the necessary and that will probably ensure we finish ahead of them now.
