I haven’t watched enough Miretti to really see how he’s getting on but Fagioli on loan last season was a solid CM in Cremonese promotion from Serie B to Serie A. Can play like a 10 but is best suited in an 8 or 6 role very similar to Pirlo. He has passing, dribbling, tackling I think he would be a great replacement if we got rid of Gallagher and Kovacic ( I love this player but doesn’t score enough from CM position)

From what I seen in the more recent games Miretti has seemed to have gained favour with Allegri over Fagioli that’s why getting him would be more feasible. I heard they may be listening to offers and the boy can play.

Essien wore the no. 5 and was brilliant for us. Not really a defenders number to be honest.

I disagree I feel they just need a bigger stage like Enzo did with the World Cup - especially Caqueret why wait until he moves somewhere and has a €70m is or €80m clause when he’s available for €36m now - why was no one bar maybe you calling for Enzo in August I just find it pretty short sighted and funny that when we were linked to Badiashile in the summer people were also calling him pants and no good because we were linked to Gravidol and look how that for us.

We don’t need to spend that kinda money on Enzo there are midfielders out there for instance Nicolo Fagioli from Juve or Maxence Caqueret both in the age range we are looking for and both technically gifted with an eye for a pass. Yup him and Pulisic have to go. It’s easy to be our most creative player in the attacking group we had before Felix and Mudryk showed up but from what I’ve seen of these two we won’t have to rely on just the hopeful swung in balls from the flank

Yes that’s what I’d like to see as well with Mudryk and Felix swapping positions fluidly

I think more than anything having more technical players in the attack will always bring more goals. Mudryk played in a lot of players today reverse passes and such he just needs someone to be on the same page as him

Well that’s two clean sheets in a row - and promising debut for Mudryk. If he can get on the same wave length with the other attackers we may see some nice things going forward.
