I think that we will put up a strong starting 11 regardless of changes we do to our usual lineup because I believe we have great squad depth with the subs almost as good as the starters. Besides if AVB thinks we could win with our subs then so do I.

Yeah I'll be really disappointed if he doesn't. He's not making the bench for most matches, and romeu keeps getting picked before him. Maybe he should've gone on loan this season.

I totally agree. Now a days the fullbacks are expected to do the traditional winger deed in addition to their defensive responsibilities.

I noticed he's like a young Lampard but with much more pace. His technique and shoot are excellent I have to say.

He seems very good in many aspects of his game, but I'm not sure he's a modric type player (although I am only judging mostly by youtube vids.)

That's really great news. Watching the game vs Everton, I was absolutely amazed by his stamina and ability to keep making runs down the whole length of the wing for the entire game. Coleman rarely left his own half. It would've been near impossible finding a LB as good as him.

Mikel had one of his best performances for the club in my opinion in terms of passing and controlling the tempo. Lampard played very good as well. But Mata really impressed with vision and movement and even, to my surprise, his defensive quality especially in the first half.

I think Danny should be at least third choice for England striker after Rooney and Bent. How Zamora gets picked before him completely baffles me.

Though he was extremely impressive offensively, I am more happy with his defensive performance yesterday. He has showed a new aspect to his game. Mr. Mata just keeps getting more impressive by the game.

I was watching today Chelsea vs Everton from 2009.2010 season. I was surprised how I had forgotten how good Drogs was. A totally different player than what we saw today. I'm afraid the old Drogba is long gone and won't be back.

Very god result for us. Ramires' injury really dampened my mood, along with that stupid goal conceded. It's not like we didn't defend well in the game, but we just had to concede for some reason.
