Yes, but I highly doubt the appeal would change the verdict which has obviously been written long before the hearing to so that the FA don't have to admit that they were wrong to give in to the media witch hunt and take JT's armband before he was trialed.

I think his best option is to wait till after the Arsenal match and accept the charge. He would miss Norwich, Tottenham, and utd both in the PL and League Cup. An appeal could see the ban increased, although I highly doubt it, the verdict was obviously arranged well before the hearing started.

STOP SHOUTING!! I think he is likely to get a start against Arsenal if Lamps is not fit. He showed against stoke that he can defend on the wing as good as Ramires while still providing much much more to the attack. Besides, it's not like Arsenal have the most dangerous full backs in the world
