  1. Nice. We have quite a lot of things in there in common....So, will you marry me? Btw, first time I've met someone who's a Dragon Age fan like me (RPG is not popular in Lebanon for some reason). Planing on getting Inquisition? It's out in a couple months and I can't wait even though DA2 a bit sub par, but the vids and screenshots I've seen of Inquisition are very promising.
  2. I think part f the challenge is that they should donate at least 100 bucks to the cause. I'm sure many are donating much more. @lionsden I just saw Petr Cech's vid and he adds the ice to the water at the start of it.
  3. Kinda besides the point...it's the charity and the cause that matters.
  4. I'm sure they'd be pretty happy with carpet bombing you too I was talking about how we, civilians can combat them, not as an army. But any way, carpet bomb what exactly? They now have influence in an area larger than the entire UK and with millions of civilian in it. That's not an option. But if you're looking for things western governments can do to stop ISIS, they can maybe start by not arming and funding them in Syria. You think IS want any "sympathy" for their cause. Their 'cause' is creating a racist Muslim state from the dark ages. They are designed to be the perfect enemy. They can never have any sympathy.
  5. Exactly what I was saying in the Cech thread.
  6. Barbara left nothing for anyone to ask So.......what color underwear do you have on? Seriously, favorite color? Country you'd like to visit on vacation? Country you'd like to live in? Why? Favorite video game? Games on PC, xbox or PS? General political views? (You seemed interested in the debate in the politics thread) How long would you like to live? Favorite book? Popular science? Novels? Poetry? What phone do you have? One superpower to have for a day?
  7. For me, he should stay until January at least. To push Thibaut all the way until he is settled. Competition is healthy, especially for Thibaut. It's the main motivation to develop.
  8. I'm pretty sure it was a cross that hit the post.
  9. Because IS is terrorist militia that is not affected whatsoever by what the world thinks of them (they actually deploy a psychological war through media to make themselves look more frightening than they are by using "Hollywood effects" on their released videos) while Israel is a state that is part of the UN and has embassies all over the world and has the general support of most of the countries in the west. Protesting against governments that support it and against the companies that fund and arm it, does make a difference. The way to combat IS is not by protest, it's by raising cultural awareness about what they are doing. It is by preaching tolerance and moderation of religions not more extremism. Funnily enough, to go back to your first point, Al Qaeda did start in British Mosques, just like ISIS started US prisons camps in Iraq.
  10. Great. Today's a bit early, though. Maybe save it and post it Thursday/Friday?
  11. This channel has a lot of them: https://www.youtube.com/user/BeanymanSports?app=desktopI'll try to upload the Willian one because it's missing from there. Btw, JT had by FAR the most manly reaction. Essien's is the funniest, though
  12. Luiz already did it. Cesc has been nominated was also nominated by Pique. Mikel was nominated by JT and Didier by Lukaku.
  13. Awarded MOTM in Boro's 2-1 win against Bolton tonight. I didn't watch the match, but not often does a CB get the MOTM award. Looks like big Ken has picked up were he left off last season. Brilliant to see.
  14. Actually, he "lambasted" the linesman. He said Oliver had an excellent match though I don't agree. He seemed to have come in with prior "bias" against Diego. There were several blatant fouls that he wasn't give but he was quick to blow a foul against him at the slightest touches. I hope this is one off and the theme with refs this season.
  15. Mostly Besiktas missing chances. Ba hit the bar in the opening 4 seconds.
  16. You mean to say that Demba Ba isn't actually the second coming of Marco Van Basten?!
  17. Actually it wasn't Hamas that fired the first rockets, it was a different faction of the resistance. And if you think that 3 rockets that hit absolutely nowhere and didn't even cause any physical damage at all is why the peace talks broke down, then you are being incredibly naive. The peace talks broke down because your government wouldn't agree to the Egypt-US permanent ceasefire terms. The rockets were just used as an excuse. EDIT: NOW Hamas are firing rockets after the air strikes on Gaza like the two rockets that just hit Tel Aviv.
  18. Some things really never change. Arsenal still as jammy as ever...
  19. That was after he and Llorente raped them in the EL in 2012. Since then the hype around him and that whole Bilbao team (bar Llorente) have gone completely down. Haven't heard of him in a long while until he scored against Napoli tonight.
  20. Remember when Muniain was the next big thing?
  21. Now Eden too My Instagram is currently filled with rich famous people throwing buckets of ice on themselves!
