^^ So that makes him the "next, next Kaka"?

Would be quite...'romantic' to win it on the 30th anniversary. Hopefully the players will be fired up for it, especially players who know Juve and what that means to the club like Buffon and Chiellini.

Chelsea and Marseille in possible partnership
CHOULO19 replied to BlueLyon's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
That's not really true, Piazon was perceived as probably our best talent when he joined Vitesse, there were and still are very high hopes for Traore and Kalas was looking likely to make the step up before we bought Omeruo and more importantly Zouma. -

Would be a huge step up from Vitesse which has been mostly disappointing. -
If my aunt had bollocks...

The obvious option which you are leaving out is to deal with the ball when Lallana was still 10 meters away. Clear it down the line, clear it for a throw in, heck even let it go out for a corner. Instead he tried to dribble past Lallana a the edge of our own box with no one covering him so when he did lose the ball he had to commit a stupid foul.

Tbf he's only starting because Asamoah has a season completely riddled with injuries.

Yeah, we're getting fucked by Barca in the final. But reaching the final alone just exceeds all expectations. And some people were saying Juve were finished when Conte left. Come here laughed when I suggested that Juve will do better in CL under Allegri because Conte lacked pragmatism.

Juve today: 34 clearances15 blocks10 tackles won10 interceptions But yeah, defending is easy and overrated....
-
I expect the system to change or at least be modified because much of our attacking strategies and plays depend on qualities that only Pirlo has. We've already started to move away from some of that stuff that was pivotal to the team 2 seasons ago.

Marchisio only scores absolute wonder goals. I honestly don't remember him scoring an ugly goal. Which is why he always misses easy chances, tries to go for technique instead of power and placement.

I genuinely chuckled at this Fiorentina, Milan, Sampdoria...etc. might be upset about it, but I really doubt Juve board has any thoughts at all about what Inter or any of the other teams fighting for EL qualification are currently doing....Not that I'm saying that those Sky Italia rumors are true..

No thanks, we're good!

The man has done wonders for a team that looked like it was well on the decline. The work he's done with them on set-pieces is something of a miracle!

History and people's memories are written by the victors....My middle name is "Victor".

Remember when Barca were in "meltdown" and Luis Enrique was going to get sacked and Messi wanted to leave back in Jan?

In other words, 4chan?

Because everyone in Spain has a buy-out clause and players would rather go to more 'marketable' clubs if possible.

Hey, at least Pep stuck to his philosophy!

We've all scored that Neymar goal on FIFA before

Okay, I take back what I said last week about this Barca side being able to defend!

We always play 4-3-3. The most advanced central midfielder and the right winger have the right to interchange positions. But we usually defend, like most teams, with a 4-4-2 and the most advanced CM is the one that becomes the 'second striker' to press the back four. That was usually Willian when Oscar was not playing except in very limited examples when Cesc took on that role which is wise because Cesc does not have the pace to cover and press 2 players at once. Jose did not decide to give Cuadrado a small role, Cuadrado's awful performances decided for him. May I remind you that Cuadrado got 15 minutes off the bench in his first game here against Villa and then straight away started the next match against Everton? I'm not looking for consistency from a 20yo, I'm saying that right now we need consistence so we should not be looking to sing a 20yo. No. No, I wouldn't. In fact, I'm pretty sure I said the exact opposite last season. That ridiculously attacking system that Liverpool played last season would have made any attacker in the world look miles better than he actually is. People were even calling Sturridge world class. I mean he's a good player, but not nearly as good as he was being painted last season. Same applies to all their attackers, including Suarez.

As has already been pointed out several times already, TWO Chelsea players have already walked and even attempted to run (in the case of Van Ginkel) after tearing their ACL. But I too have seen other athletes lay on the ground screaming as well. Not sure if there degrees of tears, or just depends on the guy.

Don't forget to hit "save" before you exit, though!

Since Jan, Willian has played as much centrally as he has on the right with Rami playing often on the right. And yes, we were buying Cuadrado to be a regular and even a starter because if you remember Willian did not have a good start of the season. If we did not expect him to be a regular we would not have gotten rid of both Schurrle and Salah and left our selves with no other options. And right now we still need a starting attacking midfielder, and I don't mean a nailed on starter but someone who is capable of being a regular; meaning someone like Willian and Schurrle not someone like Salah (in terms of roles in the squad not playing style). I think both Griezmann and Reus have showed that they have everything it takes to play in any of the 4 attacking positions in a system similar to ours. I wasn't saying that as the main reason why we shouldn't sign Sterling but as how Cuadrado can affect this transfer as you asked about exactly that from my post. The main reason we should not sign Sterling is pretty simple for me: He is not yet nearly good enough, consistent enough or mature enough as well as his style of play not fitting ours.
