No player on earth can replace Drogba at Chelsea. He is a legend and a unique striker in a league of his own. The man has pace power and is pure brute. But his time at Chelsea is up at the end if this season. Even if he scores 40 goals. We need the new brigade to take over. And the man to take over from Drogba is Torres. Because according to Beasley, the "bust up" happened and that AVB laid into first teamers after the Liverpool loss in CC. See it all happened so sudden which gives further credence to what Beasley posted. And it contradicts your theory. If AVB knew that he was going to banish Alex and Anelka he wouldnt have played Anelka in CC 3 days before the Newcaslte game.

How do you know that this happened after they handed in the transfer request? How do you know that they didnt hand out transfer request because they were banished to the reserves by the Manager?
