  1. Cech who is part of the Chelsea Core, has come out in support of AVB. I dont beleive the insider story...that media is going about. you can sense that they were waiting for this..
  2. I hate this Mother Fucker But finally he has put up a MUST READ ARTICLE!!! http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/sunsport_columnists/3958336/Chelsea-news-Steven-Howard-says-Andre-Villas-Boas-is-not-to-blame.html please read
  3. A dressing room insider told Sunsport: "It's at times like these that players look to the manager for strength and leadership but they don't see it coming from Villas-Boas. "He is only 34 and perhaps the club are wondering if they made a mistake in bringing in such a young boss. "There was a lot of respect for Ancelotti but there is not the same feeling for Villas-Boas at the moment." The added worry for Villas-Boas is that the club's former caretaker boss Guus Hiddink is lurking in the shadows after leaving his job as Turkey chief. From The Sun
  4. We need Hazard, Hulk, and a defensive midfielder in place of Malouda, Drogba, Anelka, Kalou and Mikel. And hopefully we play 4-2-3-1 Midfield of a New Defensive Midfielder, Romeu, Meireless, Lampard, Josh, Ramirez Forwards: Torres, Sturridge, Mata, Hulk, Hazard.
  5. And that is exactly why I dont want Hiddink on top of AVB.
  6. The way Carlo was treated by the board made me sick. His request to give Ballack an extended contract was declined. Imagine how invaluable he would have been in Lampards absence. He had no control over transfers, young kids with no loan experience were forced upon him like Kakuta and Josh. The squad had 16 players plus youngsters from academy and that is te thinnest squad we have had for a log time. This season the board seems to have learnt it's mistake. AvB seems to have full control over transfers. Hopefully the board has also learnt that changing managers isn't the solution. Man UTD has a third different team while we have almost the same team Since JOse
  7. No matter who comes this squad is past it's sell by date. Changing manager isn't the solution anymore
  8. The players know that they won't get the boot. There is a sense of complacency as they know that like in the past 5 years it's the manager that will get the boot and not them. I say it's time these lazy ass old legs on fat pay checks are fired and we bring in players who are eager to prove their talent. Like Sturridge has this season... Mikel, Malouda, Anelka, Terry, Drogba, Kalou should go. Just go for the sake of the club and fans.
  9. Two different managers but same players and same performances. That tells me that neither Carlo nor AVB is at fault. It's time the core of Chelsea gets the boot.
  10. MUST BEAT VALENCIA AT THE BRIDGE AT ANY COST!!!... to secure second.
  11. Thats exactly what I thought as I was typing it. Sadly, it is true....Our top players from Mou era are spoilt. When Fergie came to Man Utd, there was the booze culture and there were players addicted to drinking drugs and partying, Fergie's first objective was to get them on right path and let go of those who refused to tag his line. Bryan Robson was one of those who he got back on the right track. AVB has a similar challenge. He needs to get rid of the player power and the cliques formed and only then he can get the club back on the track.
  12. because while the managers kept changing the core formed by Jose in Drogba Terry Lampard and Cech have been constant. Any new manager will first have to appease them and then the squad. Not to mention The salaries these players are on and they are famous personalities. Also they are close to Roman since roman gives them his private yatch to party. A new manager in this case is almost an outsider to the clique formed at Cobham.
  13. Absolutely what I am trying to say. Sir Alex always had problems with David Beckhams off field fancy lifestyle and even had issues with him marryig a pop star and that is why he let him move on to Madrid. Yes getting hit by the boot also played a part but he was already on his way out.. Similarly JTs off field issues are derailig our title challenge almost every year. I won't hold him guilty just yet for being racist but he attracts negative media attention almost every season which affects the team. Also JT and alot of people around at the club give the impression that he is untouchable. And going by past events I have no doubt that that's true
  14. Being loyal has nothing to do with this. David Beckham was loyal but was shown the door. You can't fuck around with the manager. And that is one reason why Alex Fergie is successful while at our club the owner listens to the Terry.
  15. Yes.. I am not saying he is past it. He had a tussle with Mou according to Maka and according to him Terry did play a role in Mou sacking. He never retracted that statement. Terry and couple of players complained against Scolari and got him sacked. He even tried to lead a coup during the world cup. Wasn't exactly a coup but the way he took on Capello in the media was something. It made me proud to have a player like that but you got to ask youdelf? Can someone as powerful as JT harm his own club? And the answer is yea. If he can do that to Capello and scolari he can definitely do it to AVB. In a tussle betn a player and manager the manager always must end up as a winner if not then something is seriously wrong at Chelsea and is what is holding back from moving on.
  16. Vinnie jones compared the situation of AVB at Chelsea to that of Fergie at Man uTd when he frat came in. And I absolutely agree with that. Vinnie Jones also mentioned that JT should move on if AVB has to stamp his authority. And I do beleive that.
  17. Best football forum for sure when it comes to friendly mods and admins and the freedom of speech that is encouraged. I had left the forum for a year and a half in betn to try out other forums but gotta say this ones the best and most busiest
  18. Wouldn't go that far. What was all the hold up 2 seasons back when Man City were in for him and then he signs a 150k after weeks of silence. Regardig MLS he ain't that old. He is 31 only and still wants to play at the top level while earning shitload
  19. Very true. Just look at how many touches e takes when he receives te ball. That's a habit he needs to get rid of sharpish. Romeu on the other hand looks sleek
  20. Not if the lesser men were on 150 a week. But I agree. People are fickle fucks out here
  21. Interesting point from Jamie considering He is Franks cousin. I don't want to veleive but I am sure he gets insider info from Lamps
