  1. IT is indeed a rumour. I would rather have Drogba with us than that Cunt from Barcelona. GK: Cech, Cudicini, Hilario CB: Terry, Riccy, Alex, Ivanovic LB: A.Cole, Bridge RB: Boswinga,Ferreria. Midfielders:Mikel,Essien,Lampard,Ballack,Deco. We will have 5 midfielders for 3 positions in the midfield if we offload Makalele.. Wingers: Joe Cole, Robinho ,Kalou, Arshavin Strikers: Drogba, Anelka, Sheva. Squad of 23 is Enough for a season.
  2. Robinho? Get A Russian! Chelsea F.C. owner Roman Abramovich has told Luiz Felipe Scolari he wants at least one compatriot of his at Stamford Bridge. http://www.goal.com/en-india/Articolo.aspx...oId=760532#CommPrint This StorySend To A FriendContact Usgalleria zoom According to BBC, the Russian billionaire is eager to bring in another player he himself likes after watching the signing of Andriy Shevchenko becoming one of Premier League's biggest transfer flops. While Big Phil is understood be interested in signing Real Madrid ace Robinho, Abramovich has reportedly told the former Portugal boss he will have to include a player from Russia in his squad plans. Zenit Petersburg in-demand Andrey Arshavin and CSKA Moscow duo Igor Akinfeev and Yuri Zhirkov are all likely options to move to the London-based club. Despite being reluctant to part with Arshavin, Zenit are willing to do business for the Euro 2008 star and Abramovich is definitely ready to open his chequebook to lure the 27-year-old, who is a summer target for Barcelona. 3. Arshavin can play on wings and as a Second striker
  4. Eto wants 160000 pounds a week? You gotta be kidding me. He has been kicked out of Barca team and he wants to be the top earner in the EPL. He is another Whiner like Drogba. I hate that Cunt more so after some very demeaning stuff he said about Chelsea and Jose during our tussles with Barcelona. Offload Drogba, Malouda and get Arshavin and Robinho. I know Arshavin has only dazzled in 2 matches so far, but I dont see any good striker who are available other than him and Eto. Villa has again vowed to stay at Valencia.
  5. Why is it a worry? As long as it helps us win something , not an issue.
  6. Just incase if people dont know, Chelsea did compete with Real Madrid to snap the player from Brazil. But Real Madrid won the battle.
  7. Well it was Chelsea football before Arsenal adopted our style. How bout saying, "Chelsea will soon be back to their sexy football"
  8. I would rather have Lamaprd leave us than Mourinho's very own player Carvalho. He is the BEST CB at Chelsea.
  9. Now that Chelsea are off the mark in the Transfer Market, our next POA is to sign a worldclass winger. 2 names are high on list. Robinho and Ronaldino. Both top notch wingers and both brazilian. Although Ronaldinho is eager to get back in the game and show the world he is one of the top footballers, my Choice is Robinho. Robinho, is 24, and has not reached his peak and there is every chance on earth that he may well reach his peak at Chelsea under Scolari and I would rather spend 26 million pound on 24 yr old than send 21 million on 28 year old who is past his peak. Not many players reach their peak once they are past it, and that is enough for me to go for a player who has more to offer to us. Would love to know how many of you are with me on this.
  10. Jose Mourinho, Back to his best. Playing mind games with Chelsea. His intention is to make Chelse aware that, Lampard will anyways come to Inter next season after his contract expires and its Chelsea's decision whether they want to cash in on Lampard or let him go for free within a year.
  11. But yesterday I heard, Lampard is still on his Yatch somewhere on the coast of ITALY OF ALL THE PLACES ON EARTH.
  12. He has no other choice. Serves him right in a way. AC Milan are after Adebayor and Inter Milan arent to much keen on another striker. So thats shut him up.
  13. HE IS A WINNER!!!.... The amount of trophies and awards he has won at Club level is stunning.!!!...hopefully he can bring his luck at Chelsea and make his Hattrick of Champions league winners medal with us.
  14. Boswinga named in the EURO 2008 Team which for me establishes the fact that he is at present THE BEST RIGHT BACK in EUROPE if not world.
  15. My only problem is, who the hell is gonna make up for the 80% of Chelsea goals that come from Drogba and Lampard if we sell them both. And I wonder how Deco and Terry will face each other at the training ground after their confrontation in Nou Camp, 2 yrs back. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNZ9-KZ7pNo
  16. Chelsea have completed the signing of Barcelona playmaker Deco for a reported fee of £7.9million. It is understood Deco has agreed a two-year deal in West London and that he will cost Chelsea a fee in the region of 10million euros (£7.9m). The 30-year-old becomes new manager Luiz Felipe Scolari's first signing, despite the fact that the Brazilian does not officially take over at Stamford Bridge until Tuesday. A statement on Chelsea's official website said: "Chelsea football club is delighted to confirm the signing of Deco from FC Barcelona." Scolari reunion Summer speculation consistently linked Deco with a move to Chelsea and the arrival of Scolari stoked the rumours. Former Portugal boss Scolari coached Deco, who impressed at Euro 2008, at international level and it was thought that both parties were keen for a reunion. The Blues could view Deco as a possible replacement for Frank Lampard, who is being strongly linked with a move to Internazionale. And Deco is looking forward to the challenge of overhauling Manchester United in the Premier League and UEFA Champions League after Chelsea finished runners-up to the Red Devils in both competitions last season. Challenge "I am sure I have come at the right to do great things and be able to help Chelsea go back to the way it was," Deco told Chelsea TV. "The Premier League is a great league and it is getting better and you can see that with the Champions League final, where you had two English teams. "It is great that we have so many great players here at Chelsea and it is great that there is the competition which is healthy for everybody and this just makes the team better. "To have great players in any position of the club just enhances the club. I know it is a new challenge but I am looking forward to it. "I know I need a little bit of time to adapt, but I am sure I will adapt quite well and quite fast and do my best for the team." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thats a STEAL!!!!...Deco for 7 odd million pounds when there were rumours of a 10 million, 13 or 15 million pound deal
  17. At first I thought this is a rumour, then I saw it on few other links and today it was confirmed by Skysports.
  18. http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=755621 29/06/2008 09:29 Carvalho Is Leaving - Alcides Chelsea central defender Alcides has hinted that team-mate Ricardo Carvalho will leave Stamford Bridge in the summer. »Comments (26)Print This StorySend To A FriendContact Usgalleria zoom The Brazilian player, surplus to requirements at the London-based club, spent the last 18 months on loan at PSV Eindhoven. Although Alcides was expected to stay at the Dutch club, he has now revealed that Chelsea have called him to replace Ricardo Carvalho. "PSV Eindhoven wanted me to stay, but I have learned that Chelsea want me back. It seems that Ricardo Carvalho is leaving and I am going to replace him," Alcides said. The Portuguese international has been linked with football away from Chelsea, having been tipped to join Inter Milan and play under José Mourinho for the third time after joint spells at Porto and Chelsea. Despite Saturday's reports suggesting Inter Milan to be interested in FC Porto's Bruno Alves, Carvalho is understood to be The Special One's prime target to reinforce the defense. Alcides, 23, signed for Chelsea in 2004 but has yet to have his official debut for the Blues.
  19. ON a positive note, there is a sense of calmness with the club regarding Lampards contract. They are showing the similar attitude they showed when they went about securing the manager, and thats getting the work done without making too much fuss about it in the media . I am sure Lampard will get his contract sorted out and shut the trap of these media personnel.
  20. As long as his Girfriend is seen in stands cheering him up I have no probs having him, cus shes an Absolute Knock Out !!!
  21. Why isnt there any from our side? It looks like everyone at Chelsea have locked the gates of the club and have gone on a long holiday. Every morning I wake up and open Skysports expecting the Club to have made some signings but there is absolutely NO NEWS on it. I was expecting some signings after Portugal was kicked out. But its been a week and still No clue on who is joining Chelsea and Who is leaving Chelsea(apart from Sidwell). Also, no news on Lampard's contract.
  22. What goes around comes around.!!! and thats just what Turkey experienced. But what a TEAM Turkey is. They played with almost a second string side with a total of 13 players to choose from and were the Best team throughout. The Best team Lost today.
  23. Champions league Final against the Man Utd's "best ever team"....hitting a 92nd minute thunderous strike from 30 yards, sealing the game for Chelsea and shutting the traps of the Man Utd scums.
  24. I am personally NOT a fan of this buying a player based on his performances in 4 matches in a tournament. Hence my answer is, NO...I would go for a striker who has proved his worth over the whole season.
  25. What do we want? a Midfielder who scores 20 goals a season? thats more than most of the strikers score in a season. OR Do we want a player who opens up defences and create goal scoring balls for team mates and scores 10 goals a season himself.? Difficult choice to make. ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO REPLACE LAMPARD!!!...you dont get a "20 goals a season midfielder" anywhere on earth. But...it could be a blessing in disguise for people like Ballack (as we saw last season), Joe Cole, and other people in the team as they get a chance to express themselves in the midfield.
