look at his attitude towards avb. Malouda said he was disappointed with lack of time, Torres and Drogba have periods where they get no time. Frank has not been benched for more than 3 games. But let him score a penalty goal and he'll be in front of the media complaining about avb. idk how disruptive malouda and co. were in the dressing room, but atleast they don't tell the media

it seems the kids was obsessed with the job, and all his employees could do was giggle at him behind his back, when they aren't complaining to the media about him. Hope he get the Inter Job and does good, i really do. don't remember ever being this furious at Chelsea and Roman. You can't keep ignoring the limitations of these players. AVB's record is almost identical to Mancini's in their first 40 games. Why don't we back our coaches?? Especially when he's so young and it seemed clear he wants so succeed.

I honesty think the only thing that might accomplish is it would take away the: I've been here a long time so I care about Chelsea winning than the coach" that some of the players hint at. why hasn't getting ride of the players ever been an option for Chelsea? Even this yaer when we were supposedly rebuilding we only got rid of Zhirkov in the summer; the current squad has been struggling for almost 3 calendar years now, yet we keep them all and they complain when they don't play.
