Its so frustrating because the players seem to feel when we fail, the coach is 100% the problem. Some of the chants at the bridge don't help the coaches case either. What I would like to see is a signal from the front office that would show AVB is a long term investment. something like an extension of his contract. when do you guys think players stop running chelsea? It almost seems as the players judge the coaches ability instead of focusing on playing a good game. Pep would probably be our preferred replacement, we wouldn't get rid of him now and hire a coach, ruining our chances of getting Pep.

Neymar is not better than David Silva (imo). If Neymar succeeds here i feel he'll leave us for spain. Not sure I can say that about the rest.

However, I'm not sure how much power his has on our transfers. what disappointed me about avb/chelsea was thinking Mata and Raul alone would be enough for this year. Trying to force his style of high line with a team not build for such a style.not necessarily, our team didn't score much last year and his solution to that was a high line. We played well with it to in preseaon and in our first 2-3 games. There was really no way of knowing our team isn't built for a high line. APART FROM ROMAN AND MAYBE MATA(lol). AVB IS MY MOST IMPORTANT CHELSEA. Not only cause i believe in him, but cause Manager>Player in alomost every good team. even look at barca, apart from messi, if pep had beef with any other barca player, Pep would stay over the player. CITY, ARSENAL, United are all the same way.

I always wanted Carlo to be given 1 more year, but now we got AVB so I'm behind him. I just don't understand why we spent so much money on players that couldn't help us this year or next year. We aren't in the position to do that, teams like United, Barca and city are more keen to do that cause they are in great form.

so why didn't AVB want Willian? I hope avb isn't what stopped us from signing willian cause he shouldn't have final say on transfers. he's probably too young and might become overwhelmed
