Felix looking super comfortable. His last spell with us has allowed him to settle down so fast this time around.
-
Also KDH worst buy since Torres.
-
Well scored and assisted... Mudryk still losing the ball and looking incredibly out of place.
-
The fact that doku wasn't carded and trossard was is shameful. There is absolutely no consistency right now across premier league decision making from refs.
-
Madueke shouldn't be playing.... If anything - only as a super sub. If he keeps doing what he's doing he will destroy the team effort mentality which everyone else has at the moment. Selfish and a bad apple.
-
Nukunku *looks like* he doesn't follow the playing style or instructions from manager, or doesn't show intensity in training. These are most of the time the reasons managers don't play players with greater skill and play others who contribute to the team via playing the system and being alive during training during the week. Everyone has to be on board and reallly show intensity throughout the week. That's the difference between a top team and us, who have a mixed bag of players who don't know yet that they're finished if they don't commit 100%>. Allow players to coast without intensity and we can enjoy our stay in 10th position.
-
We don't yet have the will to attack intensely while searching for a goal. Today was laboured slow play apart from fast breaks. Second half performance was bad.... Shouldn't have taken Neto off in my opinion.

1 We will most likely command a fee for him so the club makes money on the sale. He hasn't asked to leave. 2 Sterling has a contract which means we need him to leave and agree to breaking the contract. 3 if he is earning 300k a week here and his next club is offering him 180k, then he has the right to demand the 120k difference.
-
His step over and run doesn't work in the premier league. In Ukraine he must've been quicker than the rest but here he just looks stupid when running with the ball because he is exactly one more touch away from losing it and killing Chelsea attacks. I feel bad for him. Would've worked in a Leicester of old kind of counter attacking team with vardy and mahrez. Small pond. Wish he improves but I don't know where he can.

We don't have space in our squad for more signings. Sterling goes from the banished group. Next season we have estevao++ coming. This is really annoying. Why did we buy giui at all. Same with sancho. Why. The moment your club starts looking like there is balance and direction..... Let's fuck some shit up by introducing even more players into a pool where 20 players have been banished from first team to create team dynamics.
-
What I've learnt is that any teams in the bottom 12-13 which try and attack us will get decimated. All Teams bar city will get a proper game with us. No feeling sorry for ourselves anymore. This team is an attacking force.
-
Wouldn't sancho also be on 300-400k a week though? Wage cuts galore needed for this to happen.....
-
Kepa might be better than Sanchez in many ways, but history reminds me how kepa is THE worst keeper when it comes to coming out to get the ball or box it. He always used to miss it or reach late etc it was an extremely scary watch, every game. With Sanchez, any shot from outside the box is possibly a goal as he is terrible at movement intelligence. Kepa is not wayyy better here but Sanchez just stands and watches goals happen. Out scouting department wants ball playing keepers but never buys one. I don't know what that's about. Baffling.
-
No to sancho. Enough.
-
No one has mentioned but. If gusto isn't subbed he will get a second yellow for sure.
-
Our defense is shambolic.
-
14 points minimum, but hope for 16.

We're looking pretty good for the season ahead. I hoped we would've had a bit more intense performance but city were in cruise control during periods of the game. (They've won it 4 times in a row so losing to them is not unprecedented. It's about how we perform vs other teams) We had many many super periods too but didn't take any of the chances/half chances. It annoyed me that many times we were in on the flanks but didn't put balls in. The only time we did, Neto almost scored. We'll be fine guys. Don't worry.
-
Sanchez is bad. First goal - slides in with his hands behind him rather than his hands being wide open to create the biggest obstacle. Second goal - saw everything developing in front of him and simply didn't react.
-
We look good. Players started with a little less balls. Then started growing a pair halfway through first half. I expect second half to be more attacking as our players will be more.up.for.it No fear.
-
Palmer a bit lost in this new system.... Hopefully all the players get used to it sooner rather than later
-
Good bye Conor. You couldn't have got a better manager for your style of game even if you dreamt it. Simeone is going to be great for you.
-
If we got rid of him, surely already someone lined up to prevent a media circus. Fingers crossed.
-
Caicedo trying his best to get sent off. Poch needs to sub him or he's getting red for sure.
-
I get what you're saying, but we aren't winning now and don't look like we will any time soon. With the scattergun approach the new owners have taken with regards to transfers,.I just can't see who is going to come and instill discipline and structure. Structure and gameplay might be too cautious with Jose for most people's liking but unless we pull out a rabbit out of a hat in terms of the next manager - I just dont know where we can go from here. To be clear though - I never wanted Jose back and thought he is too dated and boring. Wanted good football etc etc. It takes many many beatings of your team to get you considering a u turn towards Jose.
