  1. The fact that United drew was more due to our weakness, rather than their strength
  2. Been noticing that in the past few games...It looks like he's been taking notes from Didier by going wide and crossing, turning his back to goal and all that..that's all fine,.but he's forgetting who he really is, in the process!
  3. I agree with this. Why don't we just open a chat system for the match duration, to collect comments based on real-time events, and conventional thread below to collect pre-match, half-time and post-match analysis from the posters?
  4. Only in the second half after we got a lead and immediately grabbed a second. It was a good performance considering so many first-teamer's were out at the same time. However, even if full credit should go to the players, it was indeed very fortunate we grabbed a 3-0 lead.
  5. Very encouraging performance,...could go a long way in helping us in the Champions League campaign
  6. His injury record...a problem that continues to plague him to this day
  7. That I do agree with. I was asking about the player that had to go out. Was Malouda, really bringing out the best in Mata like Peace said. And how much was he contributing besides that?
  8. Not laying the entire blame on Avb, bUT: , who would you have removed between Sturridge and Malouda? Logic would suggest keeping the more experience player on the pitch to defend, but I thought Danny was helping by atleast pegging Evra back. Whereas Flo was just having another off-day helping out neither at the back or upfront...
  9. Once again, all things considered its still a great result, but I'm still disappointed with AVB's sub for Sturridge, when there was a player in Malouda who wasn't doing much defensively either. All he lost was a major attacking outlet that was pegging Evra back
  10. Good post...no doubt we shouldn't have drawn the way we did, but if someone offered a draw at the start of the match I would have taken it. Shows there's plenty more left in our team, even if it doesn't get the title. Can't wait for Terry and the rest of the boys to get back and get us back in gear
  11. Glad to see I'm being proven wrong..yes!!!! Prove me wrong again Torres, you useless muck!!!
  12. How ? Just because we have a half time lead ? I see a lot of passion there, and its mostly Webb trying to get Man utd back in the game, but don't see how we've improved when we haven't seen much of the ball this game
  13. I've criticized him a lot since he got here, but deep down I just hope he can prove me wrong...
  14. I'll take that seriously only because Michael said it.
  15. Hopefully it will distract the Man Utd players, especially Rooney
  16. Well he certainly won't be going away to Afcon in the middle of the season
  17. Knowing JT, he'll just think its petty to quit England just for an armband...He just doesn't seem the type to sulk and moan like Rio Ferdy 5
  18. In the future, the law enforcements agencies will be able to read your mind...so that if you even think of doing something illegal, you'll be hanged
  19. I bet they were waiting for him to return to fitness...
  20. And WTH is this all about: http://www.metro.co.uk/sport/football/889259-john-terry-could-be-stripped-of-england-captaincy-as-fa-debates-fate
  21. Looks like Rio Ferdy 5 might be getting ready for a confrontation : http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/4105716/EURO-TEAM-FEARS.html
  22. In fact I don't think it includes his transfer fee, at least not all of it. I think entire sum is paid in installments to Liverpool
  23. Yeah, do you remember how Cole supposedly berated the City players after the game? That and the way Drogba and co. celebrated after the match, made me feel that our season was going to kick-start from that point...Instead its been all downhill after that...
  24. The results we had against City and Valencia are the ones that irritate me the most this season...Those games showed what levels the current team is capable of reaching this season, but we're simply too complacent to keep it going.
