  1. Bring him back. He seems to have lost his skill, and will soon lose his sanity.
  2. Of all of AVB's strong points, motivation wasn't the best of them imo. As far as Scolari goes, the less said, the better. Besides, he was out with a knee injury for a significant period during Scolari's reign and when he came back, the team's form was in shambles. Not too different was Ancelloti's last season. Only difference was he played through his illness, and recovered a semblance of full fitness only by Feb.
  3. Its not like he didn't contribute anything before that this season. Fact is, the guy needs to be motivated to do something. If the manager can keep him interested, why not have him as a squad option?
  4. He was tossed up into the air quite a few times. The guys's just more laid-back, when compared to Hiddink or Ancellotti. Same goes for Mata and Torres.
  5. You could say that, but when even the 2nd choice keeper doesn't play much in a season, that kind of exposure a 3rd choice keeper gets would count for little. I do think Hilario should be moved on though. He's become a bit injury prone this season as well.
  6. Its always good to have at least one experienced keeper as backup...I would have preferred Cudicini, but Hilario's not bad either.
  7. Ignore it mate...I've been doing that since this Feb for obvious reasons.
  8. LMAO at Essien's pants getting pulled down during the celebration...
  9. Said it before, but this man has assisted more than 80% of Didier's goals. A really underrated combination.
  10. Love how Drogba gives credit to Lampard...more than 80% of his goals from the no.8
  11. Really? I saw him posing for a pic with Didier, just the two of them holding the cup...was smiling then.
  12. I think it had more to do with fatigue...it showed against N.castle..Towards the end, the Livi players had better recovery rates and were able to move quicker
  13. He's still doing the hold-up play pretty well though.

  15. We're about to play Liverpool, and the tripe has begun to roll out..
  16. Lol...I wonder why RDM has to worry for his "safety" when he hasn't even become permanent yet..
  17. I guess one thing AVB did very well was to keep Sturridge in check. Remember that world-class pass to Drogba against Leverkusen? Or his assist(s) to Lampard against Bolton..He can deliver, but he needs his head to be screwed on straight. He's trying to force himself into the starting 11 of two teams atm, and is trying to do that in the best way he knows. Also notice that things tend to go to pot, whenever Stuart Pearce is sitting in the stands like a vulture.
  18. True, but I guess the usual formation might be of no use without the right players.
  19. Maybe, but for big matches like this, form goes right out of the window...
  20. Nothing at all mate...was just funny watching you go a bit hyper after today's match
