Hosay Mooreenyo isn't perfect but no manager is. He is human and prone to errors of judgement just like myself and all of you. Against Soton the other night, Hosay would have never guessed nor the thought would have crossed his mind that Essien would give away a goal withing 14 seconds. I feel very comfortable with Hosay at the helm than I would with someone like Carlo Ancellotti or Roberto Di Matteo. Nothing against those two, they are fine managers but from my point of view they are motivators and chummy friends with the players. They lack the tactical cutting edge some managers (Hosay included) have. I trust Hosay, we as Chelsea fans will probably never witness such an amazing manager at the helm of this club again. Once Hosay has a grasp of who is needed and who is surplus we will sadly have to deal with it better or worse. Hosay just like all of us can't predict the future. He may make godlike decisions or he may let go a player that goes on to win the Ballon D'or. But for now all we can do is put faith in him and hope for the best.
