Grant must be the only one defending Ricky.Even Ricky himself knows it was wrong to do that challenge and lack of dicipline is the main factor.Another example of Grant undoing that fine,well oiled defence of our's.A defence that once had direction,organisation and dicipline. Hopefully Cashley is successful in his appeal as his sending off was a pure joke.

Okies,after watching the highlights of this game,here's my take on things. 4-4 is only deemed 'entertaining' if you're a neutral or the hyperactive anorak kind of Chelsea fan. In a nutshell we defended very badly,had no organisation and if it was'nt for the referee giving us a penalty that many refs would not of given,we would of faced our first league defeat at home in nearly four years. Special praise has to go to Shevchenko,without a doubt Chelsea's MOM,but judging by the other players performances i doubt he'd be racing with open arms to claim my award and it remains to be seen whether Sheva can continue this form in Drogba's absence. Our defensive frailties are there for all to see,something i warned about on Monday(re:Blackburn (A) In just four Months Avram has managed to undo two feats that Jose maintained in three years 1:losing to Arsenal 2:conceeding FOUR goals at home I'll bet anyone on this forum my Months wages against their's that our unbeaten home record will end soon.With a defence in tatters,a class goalkeeper that is rapidly losing confidence and a clueless manager it's bound to. To think that we might have this buphoon(Grant) for the next four years really makes me cringe.

did'nt get to see all this game(working) but caught a few highlights.We did seem to ride our luck,defence needs serious sorting out as we could of been easily 3-0 down after 20 minutes,Blackburn did set out their stall well.But football is all about goals and we got the deciding goal,a well taken goal by Joe Cole,albeit against the run of play. Three points is all that matters as we enter a busy 10 days but certain areas of the team need looking at as one's luck does eventually run out.

I finished work at 6am this morning.Not back to work till 7th Jan now.Have had a bit of kip and now ready for some serious drinking.Have a good xmas fella

Most xmas songs though are cringeworthy,especially Wham(sorry Cara) ,Mariah Carey,Wizard,Slade and that annoying Chris De Burgh one. Virgin radio played one by Badly Drawn Boy that was quite good.Can't remember for the life of me the name of the song.

We started playing better when Kalou came on,why did'nt he bring him on earlier? I've had a heavy two days of drinking.My works xmas do last night in Chiswick and drinking all afternoon and evening(Sunday) Back to work tomorrow and 7 straight nights,finishing 5am on xmas eve where the drinking will resume.

I had my works xmas do at the JB in Chiswick last night where i got a bit of grief from a few students(QPR fans),threating to slice me open on the day of the game.Oh i am scared,so much so i even had to give them directions to Fulham Broadway.Would'nt want them getting lost in the back streets of SW6 now would we?They don't know what the fuck they and all QPR fans have let themselves in for.
