We don't need him (anymore), and especially not for 40m. Hazard and Mata is good enough - we can play 4-3-3 with both of them playing behind Torres, or 4-2-3-1 with Ramires or Marin joining them. Can use the money for him to increase depth in Midfield, and at RB. We can even get another striker, and not spend up to 40m
