We'd still have to meet some sort of revenue figure, profit amount etc. Wont be like the old days of Roman. Although i do think theyll eventually return for every club and FFP will eventually be abolished
-
Well I dont know if i misheard Carragher then but I think he said Sterling wants to go to London
-
Probably end up at City with Liverpool asking ridiculous money. Wouldnt rule us out, but certainly wouldnt have us faves
-
Didnt Jose say thought that Cech has a chance to play the last game.
-
Thats a top lineup. Cuadrado not getting in, in what is a nothing game really is quite telling, especially if Remy, a striker gets a wing slot before him
-
I'd take Yaya, bit dubious as to how Mourinho handles his work rate. But saying that Im not sure if we are genuinely interested or agent using us to shift Inter along
-
Just nothing new to report probably.
-
Koke never seemed likely to me tbh, he is so loyal. Turned down Barca to renew with Atletico. I'd be quite happy if we pinched Griezmann off them, and perhaps Alderweireld, rated him whenever seeing him for Southampton
-
Out of the 2, and given the rumours of Jorge Mendes etc, my bet is Koke renews, Griezmann likely joins.
-
Kike Marin hasnt said anything about this transfer has he? Nevermind, just realised he is the one who wrote the "El Confidencial" piece
-
Beers stocked. Just wondering is Costa fit before I crack one open. Gut feeling says no. Same for Remy
-
I dont even think Guardiola is better. I am confident Jose would have dominated with that Barca side and would also romp the Bundesliga with the current Bayern side. However, would guardiola have won the CL with Porto? Would he have won the treble with Inter? Mourinho get's slated for his Madrid tenure, but he lost 1-2 more games than Ancelotti currently has, but in roughly 50 more matches. He set points records, goals scored, away wins etc. It's jealousy and bitterness. Also, ever single opposition fan who says they wouldn't want him managing their team is talking out of their backside. 100%
-
Arsenal would need to win every single game left and hope we lose 4 (as do City) for them to have any chance at league
-
Have to agree. Basing this off both teams winning every single game left:- City as of now have 9 games left, maximum of 27pts should they win them all. Putting them on 85? points We have 11 with a maximum of 33 points which would put us on 96.... Even if City were to win every single remaining game, they still need us to lose 4 from 11 ideally. Having only lost 2 league games in 27 so far. So yes a win tomorrow will have me quietly confident it's almost a done deal
-
Think it is a bit ominous that there isn't one rumour of us making a 2nd move. Bar the Valencia story. Think business is probably done. Srprised
-
Not sure. Think it's getting too close to the deadline now in reality
-
Was so obvious. Just look at our income compared to expenditure. With Schurrle going first it helps justify the signing. Had we signed him, to then sell Schurrle, the media would have gone crazy with "Schurrle forced out by ruthless Jose" etc bullshit
-
If we get to 10.30 with not even a hint of a further move, we can safely assume it is only Cuadrado
-
Anyone else got a hunch if it is anyone else coming in, it is Valencia? or no one
-
That lass at SWansea just said on SSN despite Palace and WHU bidding for Gomis, he wants WHU move
-
So "skint" West Ham who Allardyce says can only do "a loan" have bid £7m for Gomis. Either SSN are wrong, or some money could be coming from somewhere
-
Bild say that with the transfer fee, agent fees, wages, and deal add ons it is worth 66m euro in total!! Huge payout from VFL
-
Wolfsburg are to hold a press conference at 11.30am to announce the signing of Andre Schurrle from Chelsea. gone
-
12pm be interesting, German league releases a list around that time of potential players joining German clubs. If Schurrle isn't on that list, he isn't goin Wolfsburg
-
The club will want the likes of Atsu, Piazon to be playing because their futures are not at this club, and them playing brings in ££££. So to bring back either and just bench them is pointless. Moses no chance. Thorgan doubtful as Gladbach are quite clear we are in talks about some deal, whether permanent or loan extension. And with the rmoured ins, if any, Enner Valencia or Costa would be the one(s) IMO EDIT: I will state again though, would be very surprised if it is only 1 in. Just my personal opinion
