Like others have said, Hazard was a brilliant start, but we NEED other world class or potentially world class players brought in in order to challenge City and the rest of Europe again. With Hazard, Modric, a new RW, and RB I cannot see us finishing lower than 2nd in the Prem, as well as making a very deep CL run.
