IMHO if we do fire AVB, I say do it now & let Robbie run the team or bring back the Player-Coach. CFC used to do this all the time. I nominated JT. No, I don't want telly tubby. AVB is better than him. Hell I would venture out & say The Bumbling One is better than Telly Tubby. I feel AVB is a bit unlucky. I saw a grammatical error in my previous post Couple of other players I forgot to mention: Barton, Gattuso & if you don't follow US footie....Chris Albright...who was supposed to be the greatest thing since slice bread. He was this can't miss striker that went to the midfield, that went to defense. All three could get away w/ murder on the pitch. I hate the excuses they would get about their play. I wanted to say I wanted a fresh Supa Frank to finish the match. I always felt we would be down @ the 75 minute mark. However I thought AVB waited too long to take out Malouda & to bring in Supa Frank. Same w/ Tuffie, who had a yellow card as well. I thought Tuffie could be moved @ 45 minute mark. He was being used by Napoli's midfield.

Danny Boy was creating havoc on the right flank. I do recall Side Show Bob getting a header after a corner kick that wasn't too far off the mark. The broadcast that I watch showed both teams w/ 50% of the possession @ the end of the first half. @ the end tof the match CFC did finished w/ 58% of possession. TBH, the back 3 of Napoli did appear to have some holes. CFC didn't do enough to exploit them. BTW, Napoli had 15 shots (7 on goal) & CFC had 14 shots (5 on goal). I won't get totally down, because I would loved a draw. Napoli are a legit side, arguably the best side CFC face this season. They did beat Man City & the last time I check they were on top of the table in the EPL. So the Chels goto the Bridge w/ something to play for. I seen the Blues in worse situations, but they always seem to have the moxie to pull the unbelievable off. I will act like a fan & believe they can do it.

just curious one name we haven't spoke of is Brendan Rodgers. He has a past w/ CFC. I wouldn't mind him w/ the Blues & if he can get Swansea playing w/ that type of confidence, I really believe he will be able to do so @ CFC w/ relatively ease.
