but how will they get better when they don't playing time on the big league ? (thats just for argument's sake- ignore it ) I agree with you, when we are in the back seat no manager will think of bringing a young player into the field. Either AVB should put full faith in them and start with few of the young players or our first team should score plethora of goals for the youngsters to make an appearance in the big stage. None of which is happening right now.

There are just 2 options here for AVB: 1- AVB has to change his tactics so to suite the way the players can perform the best or 2-he should be brave enough to remove those who don't fit into his tactics. both can't co-exist. And if AVB thinks he can get it right, he is gravely mistaken.

In recent years all I can say is Roman is not the impatient one. It is in fact the impatient fans, sadly Because in the recent years every time Chelsea lose or draw successive games, the fans miss no opportunity to say "CA out" "AVB out" and this happened in the past week ... fans unhappy about AVB playing a high defense line and asking for him to leave coming jan itself Seriously give me a break... lets not JUMP to conclusions already !!! When CA was there fans were complaining he doesn't take the risks which is costing us, now when there is some one who is ... we are not missing out on criticizing him as well.
