if you want our strikers to score like Hernandez then you need some one to feed the ball to them... besides right now all the teams in PL are marking the strikers well other than us ! our marking is just terrible at the moment.

wins in the CL level would give some hope for Roman . if we lose then there is nothing worse than that even though we have witnessed the worse many a times so far this season

but how will they get better when they don't playing time on the big league ? (thats just for argument's sake- ignore it ) I agree with you, when we are in the back seat no manager will think of bringing a young player into the field. Either AVB should put full faith in them and start with few of the young players or our first team should score plethora of goals for the youngsters to make an appearance in the big stage. None of which is happening right now.

There are just 2 options here for AVB: 1- AVB has to change his tactics so to suite the way the players can perform the best or 2-he should be brave enough to remove those who don't fit into his tactics. both can't co-exist. And if AVB thinks he can get it right, he is gravely mistaken.
