we aren't far away from them in our standings table are we ? There used to be a time when we could say DD will be on the score sheet and he would score... similarly there was a time when you see Torres in Liverpool's lineup and you are sure that guy will bag atleast one goal for them and he would... but right now we can't say the same for either of those 2 strikers ... what happened to these 2 players ... they were in such form couple of season's ago and now they are in total contrast to that. RIght now in the Chelsea dug out we don't have a single player(striker) whom we can be sure will strike for us

AVB has a lot to work on ! before clinching our fists on the champions league cup !

I would add Bosingwa to that list ... and in attack I am still a bit concerned about Torres !

he better... AVB has to focus on trying to get the players to give the ball to Torres... in arsenal match I felt that the strikers were assigned the mid fielder's job and vice versa . Torres has to be on the score sheet, where is the "kid" from Liverpool ?

even then I always considered Ballack to be a much better player than Malouda...

you are talking as if they are available for us to make a move for ... Neymar/Modric/Hulk are among the probables but i am not sure about the others... anyways here is my choice : Neymar or Pato // he is talented and not over rated. Has a much better attitude than Neymar Hamsik or Hernanes Gotze or Moutinho //would love to see him at Chelsea Pastore or Modric Higuain or Benzema Hulk or Di Maria

football is a passing game, we need to have a proper build up... we seem to be in a hurry to score goals thats not how we have to play ... we have to have a steady build up ... move slowly and steadily into the opposition's territory and then score when there is an opportunity to score... our players keep hammering the opposition's goal post from short and long range ...

yeah seriously ....I am glad we have this champions league or else until the next match every time I think of Chelsea this disappointing performance/defeat would haunt my week.

i would give him a lot of time .. I think AVB should use Alex in the rotation squad ... I really think he should have decent set of starts

defense has to be sorted out by AVB , watching how all the other teams are playing defensively I must say we have the weakest defense of them all... when we had a lead AVB should switched to a more defensive game, pretty sure thats what Mourinho would have done. atleast if we decide to attack we should ensure that we have max . possession Our lose to Arsenal is a BIG eye opener for AVB ... he has to rethink his tactics

the best thing Chelsea did this summer was to buy Mata he shows a hell lot of promise !!! now this jan if we buy the right players I am sure AVB can create a legacy fuck this match.. yes we lost big deal .... we were poor back in the defense. arguably speaking we should have won ... like some one pointed out here ... we were one of the strongest defensive teams in EPL. I am sure AVB would have realized by now that we need to work on our defense ...and I hope we are once again be known for our solid defense... the bridge for our fortress lets rebuild that Ktbffh
