and how does he prove he is good enough to be a chelsea striker when inspite of scoring 17 goals, inspite of being our best striker in pre-season by a mile, he cant get a start. i dont give a shit what back 4 united played. united played a dead rubber against us too, but we barely won the match. we barely scrapped thru. why could not our striker score a hat-trick in a match that meant nothing to united but was one of our most important matches in the season. also, i seriously dont think it has anything to do with jose. we wanted 3mil for ba loan, would probably have been getting more than that for lukaku (everton offered 4, i think) and we let him go.

and how does that help him. he got 17 goals in PL last season. how many did torres and ba get for chelsea. compare it with their playing time. the same thing will happen this year. even if he wins the golden fucking boot, people are still going to say, "HE IS JUST 21, VERY RAW, NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO LEAD OUR LINE, INEXPERIENCE, it was just wba" lukaku would be exactly where he was at the start of this season, no matter how much he plays, or how good he plays for them. plus tell me the lad's mentality right now. he was our best strikr in PRE-season. in the 2 sub appearance he made, he made more impact than both our strikers combine. 1 penalty miss later, he is shipped out on loan. the way he cried after the penalty, u could see what chelsea meant to him... all he had needed was 1 JUST 1 START to prove his worth, but he dint even get that. very poor decision.

HIS 17 GOALS FOR WBA ARE THROWN ASIDE IF EVER MENTIONED, SAYING THAT "IT WAS JUST WBA, WHO CARES, HE DINT SCORE FOR US". THIS IS A USELESS LOAN WHICH DOES NOTHING FOR HIM BECOMING A CHELSEA PLAYER. IRRESPECTIVE OF HOW MANY GOALS HE SCORES, HE IS GOING TO HAVE TO START FROM GROUND 0 AGAIN, NEXT SEASON. USELESS.

torres is going no where. (we expect him to get out of here before every season but one pathetic performance after another he still stays). etoo might or might not be here. ba should not be here even as we speak. plus i feel next year we WILL get rooney or a real big name striker. hence again the 3rd striker position for the lad. i feel it would have been better if he could have stayed here, fought for his place in the team (because if lukaku is given a true chance, he WILL prove that he is better than torres), it would have been better.

the problem will be the same next year. even if lukaku scores 15+ goals for wba ,again, this season, people will just come out and say, wba and chelsea play very differently, he is still not ready, blah blah blah. if he had stayed here, got carling cup matches, fa cup matches, atleast 2 CL matches plus a odd PL match here or there. he still could have got 10+ appearance for us, plus he would have atleast got an official goal for CFC.

everton played like the old chelsea. right now, baines and peinaar and coleman are just crossing the ball into the box. on the other hand we stopped crossing the ball a year ago. anyways, no one is comparing lukaku to etoo here (even the aging one).

everton dont care about lukaku's promise and potential. jelavic is a decent striker and with kone too in everton, lukaku wont get much playing time. WBA (if the stories are true), is a much better option.
