match is tomorrow dude.

one thing is for sure. if RM get into the final, it will get near to impossible with the "la decima", "meant to be", anti-jose, anti-chelsea, jose-RM vibe that would be going around the world. moreover, its already started. "halamadrid, la decima", "halamadrid, la decima". those fuckers cant complete 1 sentence without saying this. gets on my fucking nerves.

its better to have ramires/luiz as a back up to an injured matic (someone who also is said to have stamina issues) rather than play a pivot of mvg-lamps? chalobah-lamps? there is one thing to have players who are technically apt on the ball and another thing to become arsenal and lose all your fiesty, hardworking players. rambo/luiz get the job done. there is a reason they have been a part of almost all our big games. a team like chelsea will always require a couple of players who can do the dirty work and these guys are very capable in that.
-
mikel is out of question. if he is still here at the start of 2014-15 season, i ll be shocked. but i dont think selling both luiz and rambo is a good idea. rambo has been dire in the past months since matic has come on, but his versatility is important specially for big games. whats worse is, IF matic gets injured for a couple of months, this team would really lack physicality as well as the destroyer in the midfield.
-
even if we dont buy a new CM, our CM/DM options will be something like matic, ramires, mvg, luiz, lamps. he will be 5th choice. i fully expect mvg to play a major part next season. and before someone says it, no i am not replacing a goalscoring machine of a legend lamps with mvg but a lamps who has barely been a goal scoring threat playing in a 2 man pivot. if luiz/rambo is sold and someone like rakitic/vidal/witsel is bought, then his playing time is next to nothing. the only situation where i see him having a part to play is if we sell luiz/rambo and dont buy a CM which will be suicide if not stupid. so rather than keeping lamps as a 5th choice, i would very much like someone like josh/chalobah or even romeu being given a chance (lets say baker and rlc are atleast a year away). he has been a great servant to the club. a true legend but i feel it is the right time to move on.

dont think any of the front 6 that started against pool are going to start against ATM.

Are u sure??? Specially about cech. I mean, Dislocated shoulder

you cant bulldoze your way through everything. i feel we are over-exaggerating our problems. we have created chances which would have turned matches on their heads. lets take some of our 5 matches in which we have dropped points wba 1-1, it could so easily have been 3-0/4-0 with a good finisher. whu 0-0, do i even need to comment. sunderland, 1-2, how many strikers among aguero, negredo, rooney, rvp, suarez, sturridge, cavani, ibra, mandzukic, costa would have missed the chance that ba missed at 1-1. that ball goes inside the net 2-1 and we are back. everton 0-1, that first half was probably the most patheric finishing of our season or atleast right up with swansea and whu. admitedly, their have been some matches like villa and palace, where we have not made chances, and in those matches, we could play with 2 upfront at the 45 minute mark. except for that, we are alright.
-
What I don't get is why are people quoting others and getting agitated by what these journalists or ex-players or pundits are saying. Who the fuck gives a shit about those guys. Our manager who is also the best manager in the world definitely doesn't. Our players carried out hisinstructions to the last lletter so they don't. So Why do people want the approval of others?
-
As long as we are talking about games that might cost us the title, the swansea game can't be far behind. We need pool to lose rather than draw cos of our GD which we could so easily have improved that day. That match should have ended 4-0/5-0 easily. Which would mean we had a -3/-4 goal difference. A 3-0/4-0 win over norwich and pool drawing their match against palace would have seen us almost on the same level. It might be a very minor thing, but nonetheless important.

Taking the initiative does not mean attacking with 6 men. We will be set up to play by the best manager in the world so as not to play into their strengths.
-
we will have atleast one AM on the bench cos no way will jose start with a 2man midfield of mikel-lamps against bayern/RM in a CL final. we will be over-run. i would totally expect the trio of rambo-mikel-lamps flanked by hazard and schurrle. with oscar off the bench. also, lets not get ahead of ourselves. ATM are a brilliant team.
-
but there is still hope. if we were not anywhere around that title, i would have agreed with you. even i would take city winning the league to pool winning it. but like i said, there is still some chance of us winning it, however small it may be. and for that chance to materialize we need city to lose to everton. which is not un-heard of. city will be under pressure. they will be needing a win and everton will be dangerous on the counters. just last year a 10-man everton beat them 2-0 if i remember correctly. so our title chances hang on one major fuck up from liverpool against palace. well, i would take my chances on it, no matter if the title ends up in pool's hands.
-
best midfield would no doubt be bastian-yaya-iniesta.
-
what?
-
i dont think whu or villa can take 3 points off city at etihad. i dont care if pool win or city win but for us to have any semblance of chance, city have to lose to everton.

dont think he will sign a new contract. he is intelligent enough to know what he can or cant do. he is intelligent enough to know that in a mid of matic, rambo, mvg, luiz/new DM, his playing time is going to be very little.
-
but not better than suarez and sturridge. cant have 3 strikers in the team of the year.
-
another good game. for playing deep and providing cover for the defence, he is just brilliant. also his composure on the ball has got a lot better than before.
-
most clean sheets is cos of our system. we have the best defence not the best GK. a clean sheet against whu means jack squat when they had offered nothing upfront. cech has made 81 saves in PL this season compared to marshall's INSANE 146. marshall has kept cardiff alive in so many games only for his team to let him down. i think shaw has had a better season performance-wise. maybe baines would have been better but to say baines>>>>>>>shaw is LOL for me.
