Bye bye and good luck!!!! So much expectation and disappointment
-
Still nothing??? Is not the geeman transfer window over?
-
it wont. but considering it would be like barca's add ons which included a minimum number of matches for some sum + if they win so and so trophy then some sum, and considering how poor psg have been in ligue so far, i wont count on it.
-
it was quoted so but our recent breakdown on finances gives a different result. http://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/2015/1/12/7527747/chelsea-financial-accounts-ffp http://swissramble.blogspot.co.uk/2015/01/chelsea-hey-hey-my-my-into-black.html

schurrle is 30 mil euros. luiz was "only" 37mil pounds.
-
hahhahah,,, nice.. in that case we should probably try a swap deal. hazard for valencia. would save us some money.
-
what? 21 mil pounds for enner valencia? when did this come to surface?

And then we can argue abiut the second leg where we played oscar in the no.10 role and should have been 2-0/3-0 down if not for courtois. Also your argument about costa getting frustrated with only him pressing was most visible in that match too where he dint get any support from oscar. Or for that matter the city match too. In which oscar's supposed defensive nuance was no where to be seen and his overall contribition to that match was as mich as mine or yours who were sitting at hone shouting at the TV while sipping beer. We can take soton as an example for this. Ankther gane where we had total control of the proceedings. Yes, we dint get the desired result, but cesc as the no.10 was great that day too.
-
But that is a "nothing" argument. Its like saying adel taraabt and ben arfa have a similar style of play as messi as they are all dribblers. And I think that is what robguima was trying to do. Taking the minutest similarity and exagearting it to the max.
-
Totally disagree with this. Cesc as a no.10 has been pretty impressive. His pressing is way better than oscar's. Our best away performance defensively woild have been stoke when cesc started as a no.10. Also, there is a massive difference with cesc and oscar. Oscar loses the ball, cesc doesn't. Or atleast not half as much as osvar. Oscar has to make it up with the extra running and workrate, which to be fair to him he does. With cesc we get a much better control of them and the number of turnovers making us so suspect to counters are less. So it just is not right to say that cesc would not be as good a no.10 as oscar cos oscar has a better stamina.
-
lampard's passing was immaculate, oscar cant make a 5 5yard passes perfectly. lampard's consistency was admirable. it was his biggest asset. did not he play every game under jose in one of the seasons in jose's first spell. not only that, 90% of lamps' performance were a 8/10 performance. oscar's best "performance" (like newcastle where he scored and assisted), barely makes a 8/10 performance. i know people are totally against lamps but comparing oscar to lamps is a blasphemy. ps - also please dont compare the insane goals and assists that lamps had in his career to the meagre "barely keeps me in the first team" goals and assists of oscar.
-
i love koke but no. pogba would be perfect and cesc as the no.10.
-
no i mean PL. jose will play his best team against RM in a semi final while playing the likes of schurrle and salah in PL and try to get a win. we wont sacrifice a chance to win CL in any way. and i dont expect the same 3 (hazard-oscar-schurrle) can or should be played all through the season.
-
so u want us to continue having oscar and willian in the first team starting every match while having a bench of schurrle and salah? we are going to have to play big big games in PL against the likes of psg, atm, rm, barca, bayern, should we start salah who could not make a positive impact against shrewsbury, to play in PL? is schurrle does not leave, we will not get cuadrado due to FFP. and the current pool of players is a disaster waiting to happen towards the end of the season.
-
we definitely will be the first to blink. i mean it would be stupid to jeapordise our PL chances for a couple of millions.
-
wenger has 1 win in his last 16 matches against top 4 sides. Wenger lost to united last season when chelsea, city, pool all did doubles on them. Wenger got ownrd by soton during his gung ho approach. Wenger got butt fucked by jose 6-0 last year. Wenger has not won against jose in 12 meetings. But I guess one win after years and years and years of crap nakes him the best manager ecer!!!
-
Bogey ground. Courtois Azpi zouma jt luis Rambo matic Willian cesc hazard Remy If cesc is not fit, then willian thru the center and cuadrado on the RW
-
please stop supporting rigjt now. Please. Would be a mssive favor to everyone.Klopp!!! Is not bvb right at the bloody bottom of the table. And to think people want him to replace the manager who is leading the PL. No lack of idoits in the world, I guess.
-
brilliant performance. except for a couple of passes, did everything right. he is showing why he should be starting these big games. gives us so much more defensively.
-
absolute beast!!! no need for varane please. and please dont loan him to some bundesliga club next season. he was solid.
-
people blaming him need a brain scan. seriously.
-
my bad. thought that was matic.
-
good result and good solid performance. anyone blaming jose for the tactics needs to get a scan right away. we had christensen, ake, rlc and brown and a 36 year old DD on the fucking bench. no fucking way were any of them going to have a major impact on the game if we were chasing it. add to it the fact that we had played 120 minutes of football in the midweek with much of the same team and that we are top of the table with 5 points and city should have been the team to really press for the win. we were well organized, defended well and city had no more than a couple of sniffs, if that. even the goal was a defensive howler from courtois. great result. as for people saying we missed cesc, really?? what a load of crap. we got owned by 10 men city with cesc on the pitch with no defensive organization and nothing in attack at etihad. similar story against united and spurs and pool.. we dint miss him at all. infact his abscence was a blessing in disguise. with him instead of rambo, we would not have been anywhere as good in the mid defensively. thibaut - howler. happens. he is human. he saved our asses against pool, and what could have been a tenis score over the 2 legs. iva- poor performance. poor in defence, poor in possession. very lucky not to concede from his mistakes. nonetheless, good second half. the ball for the goal was delicious though. zouma - MOTM. no doubt about it. what a beast. kept aguero in his pocket. dont need to spend crazt money on varane. JT - it literally seemed we had a death wish in the first half. iva, then JT and ultimately courtois all making howlers. people keep critiszing GC but even JT has been poor recently. azpi - had a great first half but a poor second. the number of times navas got behind him was embarrasing. only of the few matches where our left hand side was a liabiltiy. matic and rambo had to cover for him and did it wonderfully. matic- good performance. lost the ball for the goal but nonetheless was awesome the whole game. rambo - 3rd best player after zouma and willian. this is what we have been missing. the break of play, the defensive rock. brilliant game. that one pass was weird but except for that was awesome. willian - one of his best games in the chelsea shirt. no doubt. played his heart out. seemed to be trying everything. even the goal, it was him who won the ball. hopefully the competition with cuadrado makes him up his game or rather he chucks oscar to the bench and is played through the center. oscar- i honestly dint see him on the pitch. was he there? did he do ANYTHING? even the couple of free kicks that he took after willian was subbed were PATHETIC. not a chelsea starting 11 material player. no way. hazard - first 15 minutes, he could not get the ball on his feet. his first touch was pathetic and he seemed to be doing an "oscar". but then got into the game. the run for our first corner, the assist is what makes him such a great player. nonethless, poor performance. could not help azpi much indefence and we were poor in attack in the second half. remy - i think he had a very good game. his link up play is really good if not better than costa's. only problem, no aerial presence specially when our defence and goallie were chicking the ball in the air all night long. like i said, good result. city have stoke away and pool away in the coming month and a brilliant time to increase the lead.
