  1. Fair enough, my apologies. Let's agree to disagree..
  2. Alright, didn't know about two of you but having this cocky tone towards Bushman is still not acceptable, not even Bushman, he does not accept anyone with slightly different opinion, but it's his loss i guess. Other than that I'm fine mate, will stop posting on this subject not to stir up unnecessary debates..
  3. You're so full of yourself.. thinking you've got it all to judge a person and not even judge, blatantly insult.. get a grip.
  4. This isn't a kindergarten, where people do what they want. They are all professionals, who -as like their manager-. have same aims. I don't recall any player going public or disrespecting Rafa publicly. Footballers aren't known for their brain capacity but even they can crack the nut here and realise they'd be throwing away a year of their anyway short careers.
  5. I'm all for bringing in talents and boosting our squad, but aren't we getting a bit short on the strength department? Flair, pace and trickery is all good but having a midfielder with a bit of muscle on his bones would be ideal. I'm not targeting this comment directly at Isco, more in a general sense, because we are taking part of one of the more physical leagues in the world.
  6. I agree that some of Rafa's decisions and tactics are weird and seem incorrect, but in the end of the day you can have the best tactics but if players can't be bothered it's not going to happen, is it? Whether a manager is permanent or interim should NOT make a difference. They are all there for the same aim and manager is more important than the players, they should know better. I blame Roman for not seeing this kind of reception towards Rafa, it was obvious that not many can close an eye regarding the past and be open minded about this.
  7. Double morale.. It's OK for players -who earn millions- to play shit and disgrace the shirt ,but somehow it all comes down to people blaming the manager. Are you really so naive? Do you think that hiring Mourinho will fix our problems? Mourinho is a man with big ego and more often than not needs huge investments to implement his way of play, a luxury we can't allow ourselves on regular basis due to FFP. I appreciate what he has done but having him as a manager is a short term fix, when time passes we will be back in the same situation, cursing Mourinho for taking this job again and ruining his legacy at Chelsea. Think about that.. The problem is in the squad, we lack depth on paper and width on the pitch.. long term Chelsea players have way too much power and should be sold or disciplined. They have been good to us, but like-wise the club has been good to them. Regardless, they can't cross the line and disrespect a manager, like they have done many times in the past... Moreover if they can't live up to their glory-days and put in sub par performances. I give credit to Rafa for what he has done to us so far and refuse to show disrespect. Coming from his past, he is a very easy target for people, who can't see beyond their nose tips. This blind hatred towards him is the reason he should not be our manager on permanent basis, nothing to do with his actual managerial abilities. Just hope our next gaffer will last longer in the reign and will be able to 'please' our panel of experts.
  8. All the signs are against Hazard, he took the bait and the ball boy acted his part well, bravo.. Though you can clearly see that he kicked the ball... Hazard will get a long ban, but I don't blame him, heat of the moment action. We post stuff that we will look back on and think what was I thinking.. @Alex I agree that it was foolish of him to actually start wrestling for the ball, but I stand behind Hazard bcs he has a legit ground for appeal, he did actually kick the ball and you can see it from the reply.
  9. Regardless of the red, what did Oscar do for the time he played and was a certain number 8 even on the pitch? Why give an armband to a player who might have the respect of the dressing room but by nature even isn't a leader... As they say, when it rains it pours, showed today. In hindsight, I regret Hazard didn't dislocate one of the kidneys of the chubby twat trying to waste time.
  10. Chubby little twat.. cries like a baby for attention..
  11. UK can leave the EU but that will mean the same rules will STILL apply to them without them having a say in making the rules. Just a PR trick, so completely agree with your post.
  12. No proper chances, but it got better in the end... leaders on the pitch should step up their game. Like some of you mentioned, the team seems a bit timid, hopefully the half time talk will boost their confidence and spark their winning mentality. A bit over 45min to go to get the 2 goals we need keeping in mind we don't actually concede.
  13. That has its positive things aswell, he is less predictable than academy scholars who have this typical academy's way of play stamped all over them, making them a bit more disciplined but less unpredictable.
  14. Hopefully we get a positive game and attitude from the players. Playing 0-2 down away is a uphill struggle itself, but I've got faith in us.
  15. You've got a good taste My point was that even though we are covered by a blanket called the Internet, we should aim to be still civilized in our arguments. In no way is Benitez perfect, but he does not deserve this blind hatred. Good that you can agree to disagree with dignity. KTBFFH
  16. Some people take pride in insulting others, that's just how it is. No way does Benitez deserve to be treated this way by these cavemen, who can't see the bigger picture. They keep hold of quotes he might have said in the past but can't acknowledge his work here at the present moment. This can be sumed up quite well ... ``To see in front of one's nose needs a constant struggle `` George Orwell.
  17. Great win, especially Spurs and Manu playing for a draw. Great performance, could have gone either way seeing the second half, but again we had chances, more in the first half, and we could have added more to our scoreline. Nevertheless, a win is a win, moreover such a vital win against a city rival. I don't expect Rafa to be here after the summer, but I'm reluctant to show disrespect to him, he has done good and I'm happy our board had the balls to hire him. MOTM for me is the Blue Kenyan. Look for the positives, life's too short to pick on small details.
  18. 30 mil should be a price we must consider but in the long run Thibaut is our answer for replacing Cech in the future. I'd see him loaned out for another year, maximum 2 - otherwise he himself will get a bit deluded, can be wrong about this though. Then he could be on our sub bench for one season MAX with some appearances to get used to the team. Just my view on this..but definitely we should keep hold of him whatever it takes. He is still very young but achieved so much, experienced different leagues at top level, top clubs' atmosphere and adapted a winning mentality with actually winning trophies. Top top lad
  19. 10 mil? Got to be joking.. we should not sell at any cirumstances.
  20. Only negative thing I could tell about Mikel is that he is not much of a goal threat so rarely you see anyone trying to close him down as soon as possible when he goes for a shot, meaning less room for others, but it's part of his game he can improve and has done so plus his main objective is to keep us safe in the back. He is also tall so a potential goal threat for corners if he is in the box. On topic: would love Modric here, would suit us i think.
  21. I think what he is trying to say, like all the 'Rafa fans' is that it's a shared blame. And adding the mistakes up we get a TNT waiting to explode. As it stands, Rafa must stay till the summer and we must urgently get some leadership on the field. That said, even if Rafa won all the games coming up till the end of the season, I think the hatred of some fans towards him is blind and he does not have a permanent place here, nor does Torres even if he finds his goalsco...lol - who am i kidding?
  22. I know saying YES RAFA OUT is a popular statement, even more after a draw which feels like a loss with all the emotions, but this team isn't only about Rafa and Torres. Senior players need to step up, seeing how spineless the team is without a proper leader- Lampard is a great footballer but he is not a leader, quietly goes along his role. The team is young and the more you need guidance of an older player who has been in Chelsea for so long time. I think the solution is to get rid of the old guard except Cech, lose the player power, but that can only come in the summer. Till then we are stuck with Rafa and like it or not, we can't get a better coach atm. I agree with people that he is too slow to make changes but didnt most of the TC 'experts' praise him for his starting line up today? The line up was good, the created chances, but the thing that describes our season so far is utter WASTEFULNESS. We create so many chances but we just can't convert. Of course Torres is not the only culprit, far from it. That said, we should cash in on him and get a striker in in the summer. When it comes to Rafa, there are a lot of fans that never gave him a chance, clinging on to easy arguments like 'he said bad things to us' etc... We fans are a reason why home form has been rubbish, no proper support from our own stadium. The inconsistency, one moment we clap and sing, the other moment we boo. Singing the RDM song is all great and all, but he is gone, we should sing about our players, club and move on. Being so stuck in the past is holding us back and we are starting to sound like liverpool fans referring to history etc. This kind of attitude should stop, deep inside we all know it.
  23. Bad game from most of the team. Only good mentions would go to Ba, Azpilicueta, Luiz, Cahill and Hazard. Oscar was missing the whole match, Ramires was wasteful.. Lampard should put the club first and not try to reach personal glory. Since Torres came on, the formation was completely fucked and noone knew where to be what to do.. Torres did misplace passes and had no impact but all the damage was already done... Rafa was too late with subs.. nevertheless - most TC experts said this was our best line up,, funny enough.. Southampton wanted it more and got it, 2 shots on target 2 goals. Statistics flatter us, no real ideas in the box, you can see this is a team full of young players full of energy and flair but lack the patience and intelligence. Would of expected more commanding presence from older Chelsea players, no spine. Well done Saints!
