I was hoping for a CM who can control the game next to Kante. He looks better on youtube than the Man City game I saw so I guess it won't be a bad signing but I was hoping for a player in the mold of Pirlo, Xabi Alonso, Kroos who'd be a better fit with Kante.

He looks completely clueless when someone runs at him with the ball. Remember the Lukaku goal in the FA cup and then Rashford had him on skates against United. Against good attackers he's a mistake waiting to happen. I hope he's relegated to a squad role next season.

I'm not really qualified to judge him as I haven't seen him that much but he doesn't really look that impressive on the ball. He seems more like a destroyer, and we already have too many of those (Matic and Kante).

I'll be disappointed if we sign Bakayoko tbh. Out of the 4 Monaco players, he is the one I want the least.

There are some good players that are going to be moving this summer but the competition is going to be really tough to sign them. Madrid/Barcelona will be ahead of us in the pecking order and the other English teams have a lot of money to spend. That'll be really unfortunate. I thought the consensus was that we need to improve the CM position. I hope he's being kept as a squad player like Moses.

If we can sell him to China there will be quite a few options for us to replace him with. Maybe we can get Icardi/Belotti/Dembele etc.

He has to be replaced next season. He offers nothing going forward. We already have Kante who is already better than Matic defensively. Need a more balanced midfielder next season.
