Let's be real, Kepa isn't challenging for the position. If anything Mendy's arrival has made him even worse.

They probably see this as a rehearsal for the Europa. If they can do us (even our second team) then it will bring belief that they can compete at that level and maybe go far.

I'm viewing other platforms and Leeds fans in big numbers are gushing over our performance saying it's the best they've faced this season by a distance (for context they've faced both City and Liverpool) and they believe it was the first time all season they were truly outsmarted and kept at arms length. Exactly, it's working because Jose (like with us) is selling the title chance and using the WHU collapse (like he did the 5-3) as a blueprint as to why they need to tighten up. The player's will buy into it until they win it or they're mathematically out of it, hopefully the latter.
